We booked this hotel for our special occasion and had all family there. We had an unforgettable and relaxing time. Surroundings were just beautiful, surrounded by mountains and huge area with greenery. Reception was very friendly and helpful. Rooms we've got exceeded our expectations, they were upgraded and were so spacious and nicely decorated that we could not ask for more. Each room had a private patio. Amazing restaurant just hundred meters away. This is the place we will consider returning whenever in Pula.

Nice familyroom with 3 kids. Children loved the pools and the animals. good breakfast. Friendly staff. I enjoyed the spa. Restaurant was good. it opens 7.30 pm.

everything was perfect

Hotel was clean, rooms were great with fridge, shower was excellent, fresh towels everyday. Staff were fab, pool area and jacuzzi was excellent.

Hire a scooter, which was advertised in reception, was disappointed 😞 as it broke down and we were strand at Porto Pino with no help from rental Company and it cost us €110 to get back so be aware. You definitely need transport which is expensive unless you stay in or very near a busy town. Room had no kettle 😕 could definitely do with.

Everything, starting from welcoming staff to peaceful surroundings and spacious rooms. Beautiful location, generous breakfast with a variety. Would definitely come back!

The pools are good that the kids love very much. The room is clean. And everyday the towels are filled and changed.

The internet is very slow and unstable. The price is a bit too high for everything provided. There are a lot of mosquitos.

The hotel is not too big and has a cosy feel of a boutique hotel, the grounds are beautiful and well maintained along with the swimming pool. Chia area is beautiful and is worth a visit.

The staff didn’t tell us much at all about the property and the facilities, so there were things we were second guessing. The price of drinks at the pool charged to the room was very high!

The staff were very friendly. A very nice environment enjoyed just lounging by the pool.

For the price i would have expected no extra cost for use of pool towels for example. Nice location but a bit inconvenient if you dont have a car.

Overall it's pieceful and quiet, room was clean, bed was ok. Nice swimming pool with drinks service. The gym is also quite good for the size of the accomodation.

Breakfast service was not good, and the quality of the food disappointed as well. Bad coffee from a coffee machine. Accomodation is too pricey for this. Also, some of the facilities could be updated and the room felt a bit like a motel.

the best two things: riding the rikschas and relaxing in the heated pool ☺️ very nice staff, nice atmosphere, a lot of different animals und plants to look at, good parking

dark rooms didn’t bother us

The room was very clean and spacious. The roomservice was excellent. The bathroom was large with a luxurious shower (various shower heads and a rainshower) Breakfast offered a variety of cakes, breads, meats, cheeses, fruits and yoghurts.

The pool was not really clean. There were dark smears on the tiles just above the water.

The property is very green and with many different animals. Really very original and interesting place. One of the highlights is the hot swimming pool. The breakfast is varied and very tasty.

Some decorations are a bit funny but overall they give the place personality.
