Neil acted as reception, housekeeper and cook throughout and was very friendly and chatty. He made us welcome despite arriving an hour earlier than stated and soon had our room ready for occupation. If you are a dog lover, then you will adore Daisy and if you aren't then she is still a lovely, docile one-off. Our best wishes to Neil, Sharon and Molly and hopefully we will be able to book there in the future.

Neil, our host was very welcoming. The breakfasts were sumptuous and set us up for the day.

The winding stairs to the room were a challenge. The location was difficult to find after dusk and the 'phone signal was very weak. However, Neil talked us in.

The location for what we needed was excellent. Easy to find in the dark with the fairy lights on the driveway. The breakfast was filling and tasty, and was nicely set out and appealing. The owners are friendly and welcoming. The room was clean which was important to us, and had plenty of tea, coffee and water.

Could do with slightly more prominent signage on the road, clearly has to be sympathetic with location, but managed to miss the entrance several times when approaching towards Hindolveston.

Neil was a very attentive host, nothing was too much trouble and he has great local knowledge. Rural location was very peaceful if you are looking for a hideaway. Bed and room very comfortable and breakfasts were delicious. Easy access to coastal areas by car and lots of little roads to explore if you fancy driving off the main roads. Would recommend and when in the area again will be coming back.

Not the easiest to find, maybe a bigger sign would help otherwise everything else perfect for those looking to retreat from stress of city life.

Wonderfully friendly hosts. The room was small but perfectly formed and the breakfasts were beautifully cooked and delicious. It was such a quiet location too.

Neil was very friendly and helpful, breakfast was lovely and freshly made.

All was perfect , nothing we did not like.

Breakfast freshly cooked, nice selection of fruit on the table. Bedroom clean. If I had to be picky the stairs were a little steep but manageable.

The property was beautiful with lovely gardens full of spring flowers, birds and some pheasants. The actual house was very clean and comfortable where you can relax. Very good breakfasts, lovely fried bread.

Breakfast was excellent, with a good choice of fruit, cereal and cooked breakfast. Neil was very pleasant and friendly. There was also a good selection of drink options in the room.

The toilets were noisy (macerator) especially when guests used them during the night. A blackout blind would have been a bonus as the daylight came through the curtains.
