Lovely place, nice staff, comfortable room and right on the lake.

The hosts are really super nice, making staying even more of a pleasure. The location is perfect, just next to the beach. Finally, the place is really cute, clean, and fresh! Great value for money!
Also nearby there is a sailing/windsurfing school if you are looking for some activities

Beautiful place close to the lake. Welcoming by the owner. The room is beautiful decorated. Sparcle clean and convinient. A cattle for tea and coffee. Supper good breakfast served in an old train.

really lovely and helpful hosts who were friendly to the children and helped with taxi transfers
No activities for the children so we struggled to keep them quiet whilst we had coffee with friends on site (there is a park around 10-15 min walk along the front though).

Great host who stepped in when our taxi didn't turn up and took us to the station in her own car. Beautiful setting.

The lovely owner greeted us at a last check-in of the day. She was so gracious and accommodating. We had made her aware that we needed to leave at 5AM in the morning to make a flight at the Rome airport. She showed us our room and explained what we needed to know, and then recommended a restaurant for dinner. She left to prepare our breakfast for the morning, and we had it in our room all night in the refrigerator ready for consumption when we awoke. Whole experience was short, but lovely. The location in front of the Lake was great and I wish we had another day to be there to experience the splendor of the location and the hospitality we received.

Lovely hospitable couple (plus the father) and lunch time lady that help run it, nothing was too much trouble for them, certainly felt valued.

I can’t describe how incredible the hotel is, but more importantly the team that run it. Erica and her team provided us with soya coffees and vegan croissants kindly for breakfast. They were all kind, fun and so welcoming. Thank you for having us xx

Very nice location direct to the lake and very clean and large room, garden is beautiful and the host is very friendly. The breakfast was great sweet and savory, enough and lot of choices.

The owners are really nice and helpful. The place is right across the lake (no own facilities at the lake, you can rent an umbrella and beds for around €12,- a day at multiple beach rentals).
The Guest House looks great and neat and has a restaurant with a small (lunch) menu for during the day.
There are enough restaurants in the area and the centre of Trevignano Romano is only 15 minutes by foot. If you wanna go to Rome we recommend to drive to Bracciano (15 min.) and hop on the train (1.5 hour). There is even a free parking place behind the station, on the other side of the railroad.
The breakfast is okay, and mostly very sweet.
The rooms / beds were very noisy. In the evening we could listen to whole conversations of our neighbors and during the night we heard them snoring, not ideal.
There is no (small) fridge on the room, with those high temperatures it would have been more than welcome.

The owners are extremely kind and helpful! They assisted us with a flat tire, and took care of us very well, the breakfast was plentiful and services, great :))

The hostess, Erica, is excellent and has a deft touch with her guests. The location on the lakeside is ideal, far enough away from the town centre, but close enough to allow a leisurely stroll before and post evening adventures! The position by the lake also allows for very easy access to the water which is ideal for us as keen paddle boarders; Erica even allows us to store all our kit in her own “village hall” that is part of Skipper White. The site is also popular with sub aqua clubs. The rooms are simply furnished with a very comfortable bed and lovely bathroom; there is even a small fridge which is clearly very useful in the spring/summer months. Highly recommended.
