One of the best places I have stayed at, Fatema was such a sweet heart, the place was clean and the food was good, but the vibes was the best thing about it, I can say that there's such good and positive energy, a very authentic fassi home experience, if you go there don't hesitate to ask Fatema about the history of the place, it's just AMAZING 😍

If you're claustrophobic you'll probably won't enjoy the small alley that takes you there, but I personally felt like it added to the authenticity and charm of the place.

Fatima was a sweetheart! she was very accommodating and had us picked up from our tour personally! breakfast everyday, was catered to our time schedule and she had offers of tours and activities that she would arrange for us throughout our time there. she also bumped us up for no additional fee as the room we selected was the less popular among guests so she insisted we take the upstairs room.

This hotel was absolutely perfect and this regards to the hotel itself and the staff. The room was comfortable and bathroom super clean - and trust me, this is not that common! Fatima was ready to prepare breakfast even at 3 a.m., nothing being an issue at all. This was the first time someone was so helpful to me in Morocco and I have already been in Morocco 3 times. Thanks a lot for this and I am sure to pick this hotel if I come to Fes again!

There was absolutely nothing we wouldn’t like

We loved our host. Fatima and her team helped us with everything (from transfers to tours) giving us the 'home away from home' feeling. Everything was smooth and pleasant. Probably the best host we had in years. The breakfast was excellent and the room big and very clean; the terrace was lovely and the small pool very helpful.

Couldn't be better. Our experience was perfect.

Fatima is the best host ever! Her Riad is in the middle of the medina, the best place to stay if you want a real Marrocan experience. Fatima treats you like you are a member of her family who is staying in her home. We loved her meals, enjoyed the trips that she arranged for us a lot (guided tour in the medina and daytrip to Chefchouanen and Akchour) and espacially appreciated her kindness. Thank you so much dear Fatima! Please let us know when you are in Rotterdam so we can give you the same warm welcome in The Netherlands! 😃

The hosts were amazing, made us feel super safe, comfortable, and happy with the overall experience in Fes. I would highly recommend it if you want to experience the city and local culture I have to agree I was worried about living in the Medina as I have read a lot about bad experiences other travelers had, especially late in the evening. However, Fatima organized a transfer from the station at 9 pm and we were taken straight to the riad, there would be no chance to navigate the Medina to the riad ourselves even in the daylight. Also, I would highly recommend taking the guide recommended by the host, as the guy was super knowledgeable, spoke perfect English, and showed us hidden places in the Medina, also it was good to have someone you can trust and even ask about the local prices (before haggling). We were also taken by one of the staff members to restaurants and other destinations late in the evening, which made our experience more enjoyable as we didn't have to worry about navigating dark narrow Medina streets Our room was clean and had the main amenities. The riad was traditionally decorated and felt unique. The breakfast was good, I enjoyed fresh satsuma juice the most. We could see the streets and the roofs of other buildings from the terrace. The way to the riad is narrow and dark in the evening as most of the streets are in the Medina, but you don't have to worry as you can ask for the staff to lead you all the way if you feel uncomfortable. It surely is a great option

Nothing to dislike. Just if you are looking for a relaxed holiday in the 5-star hotel you should choose one. But if you want to get out and experience Morocco at its best, get close to the culture and locals you should choose this place

Everything about this place was gorgeous and exceeded our expectations. Fatima and Ayoub were very kind, friendly and helpful! They accommodated all our needs in the smoothest possible way.The rooms were very beautiful and spotless, the nicely decorated roof top terrace overlooks the main entrance to the medina. The breakfast was like a delicious royal feast! Oh, and the tea was that detail that warms your heart after a long day of travel of walking. Will definitely come back! Loved our stay at this cute riad (beautiful architectural derails!) in a great location down a really tiny quiet street inside the medina. It was our first time in Morocco and Fatima was so helpful and welcoming. She thoroughly answered all of my questions before the trip regarding the COVID situation, arranged for a driver to meet us at the train station upon arrival in Fez, ensured we had help finding our way to the riad within the medina, and greeted us after 10 pm with delicious mint tea and cookies! The room was comfortable with A/C, and the breakfast served on the lovely terrace overlooking the medina was delicious and plentiful! Fatima was easily reachable by phone or text and provided us with good info about the medina. She also arranged a fantastic driver to take us to Chefchaouen and on to Marrakech. We loved Fez and are thankful for the warm hospitality that was shown to us by Fatima which helped make our experience more comfortable and memorable!

My partner and I came to Fes for a last minute wedding before Ramadan. Fatima was quick to respond and helpful in all areas. She helped me get ready for my first Moroccan wedding, and her kindness and generosity was unexpected and heart warming. Fezi's truly are generous and kind people. She went out of her way to help us. The riad itself is gorgeous, comfortable, and easy to get to. The area of the medina is close to great souks, cafes, and site seeing. We are coming back to Fes for a longer stay and will stay here for sure!

Good place to stay in Fes. Very friendly staff and good dinner. Our room was small and a bit outdated. Based on the reviews we would have expected more. But certainly worth the price

Delicious, traditional Moroccan breakfast served on the terrace each morning. A tour guide was set up for us so we could learn about the city. Taxis were set up for us to and from the airport which made it so easy. We did not feel like we were in a touristy spot, but rather right in the heart of the Medina.

The pillows were a little uncomfortable, that's it.

Fatima is an excellent host. Very kind and helpful. She arranged everything for us and was always willing to assist with any questions. Breakfast was great as well.
