Very nice place for staying. Great view from the balcony. The hotel party is very hospitable, helping out generously beyond our expectations.

View from the room, breakfast
We booked 2 rooms with a kitchenette, in 1 room tye gas range was not working, in the other there was no gas range at all. We brought food from home as we have small kids and dietary restrictions. Initially they agreed to let us have it in their restaurant with corkage charges which we agreed to. After bringing our food they asked us to eat un our rooms since it's not allowed as per their rules. We needed the food to be heated since the gas range wasn't working but they didn't help. The gas range was only fixed next day which was too late for us. In 1 room the pipe broke in CR and there was water everywhere. They took an hour or so to fix it and didn't provide another room since it was fully booked. They should have taken care of these things ahead of our arrival.

Its situated high up on the mountain. 50 steps to arrive reception then elevator.to room.
If you healthy its good exercise . They help you with baggage.
If problem with lungs och heart ity can be problem.

I loved this hotel. The room (suite with balcony) was excellent. Lovely staff. 2 small but adequate outdoor pools. Fantastic food which is excellent value-for-money. Very handy location for Sabang. Nice view of the bay area.
Nothing really - the hotel exceeded my expectations. Nice room with really fab/inexpensive restaurant food.

I recommend strongly if you plan going to Puerto
Their is a lot of stairs to get there... Could be difficult if you have some health issues
For the others it's a good way for staying in shape

Absolutely outstanding staff and owner. Talkative and friendly. The hotel standard are absolutely in top - food also and furthermore hot on arrival - that’s not normal many places.

Definitely the staff, all are welcoming and easy to approach and assists you all the time. The food is a bit pricey but the chef is superb. The place has a great view though you really have to break your legs climbing up to enjoy the cinematic view 😅
The place is relaxing when you just want to stay on a hotel and keep your private time to rest. But if you are looking for night life like the ones in bora or to have the kids enjoy the sand, the place is a bit far and you still have to travel by a tryc or motorcycle to reach the beach. They also doesn’t have a resort car park though there is a pay parking near the resort but there are staff who can fetch you and help you with your things.

The rooms have a nive nice view. Pool looks great. Staff is very friendly and helpful e.g. carrying luggage to the top floor.
Penthouse Room has connecting door to next room so I could hear everything from my neighbours. You have to climb maybe 150 steps from the beach to the room (it's the only way). Kettle is available in the room but no water, no glasses, no mugs or spoons. Room is spacious but half empty e.g. has no table and no chairs (only on the balcony). There was a problem with the water pump, so I had no hot water for two days. Wifi is not working in the Penthouse Room - I used 5G mobile service from Smart telco which works great most of the time. Smoking is allowed in the rooms.

Great staff that will help you with anything. All the food was fantastic and did not take long. Great chef. The manager was very helpful in helping us with Covid requirements and with transportation. Probably the best hotel with a view of the ocean. The steps from the the beach were not that far or as bad as some reviews I saw. Most of all the good hotels will have some sort of steps regardless as that is just the layout of the area. The staff will help you with all your luggage. Will be back here for our next vacation. So much to do here!

The solemnnity of the place maybe because of the pandemic. The rooms are excellent, they have balcony for the seaview. The staff are very nice and accommodating as well as the owner. The pool is clean. The lounge is comfy that also serves our dining area..over all, 9/10.
The resort is a 5-minute walk away from the parking area..but there are staff to carry the luggages. The food is pricey so if you are planning to order your food all throughout your stay, better bring some extra bucks. Our 4 meals for 6 persons (2kids) amounted to 7K++ but they taste good especially their sisig pizza. We chose the executive suit that is in a higher ground. Elevator is available up to 4th floor but you still need to take 2 flights to reach the suite.

Staff friendly and very sweet.
Staff was great, however, the only room avaible was number 12 on the 3rd level, 60 to 70 steep steps to the top. Great view, unfortunately, I had a total knee replacement surgery and went to the Philippines for a rehab vacation. NO MENTION FROM THIS HOTEL REGARDING STEEP STEPS AND NO ELEVATOR!
