Big comfortable room with a beautiful view
Not enough shade around the pool and no service at pool. If you want a cold drink, you'll need to run up about 40 steps.

The staff were very welcoming and helpful. Room was very clean and more comfortable than many other hotels I've stayed at in the Philippines.
There is no phone in the room, so you need to go up several flights of stairs to reach the front desk if you need anything. If you are in shape it is not a big deal, but for older or out of shape guests it may be quite a hassle.

Wonderful place. Got a very generous upgrading due to kitchen not included in room as expected upon arrival. Very pleased with solution (with kitchen!)
Wonderful Seaview from room. Great balconies.
If you are interested in snorkling, I can tell that last day I encountered a moray eel and three large seaturtles. Just enrering water outside hotel! (Take left).

fantastic staff extremely hospitable and went the extra Mille to ensure a wonderful stay.

I booked two spa units both of which were excellent with brand new jacuzzis. Staff made me feel I was completely at home and nothing was too much trouble. And their restaurant is great. Highly recommend the pizzas and pork tenderloin.

Very surprised to find such a well run resort in Puerto Galera. We went with friends who felt the same. Jacuzzi suites are excellent. First rate breakfast too. Just wished we had stayed longer. And the staff are just so friendly. Nothing was too much trouble.

a perfect weekend stay for just relaxing with family. comfortable rooms, and plenty of restaurants and cafe around to get food. we didnt get to do any beach activity since it was raining when we were there, but overall it was a pleasant stay for our family. the staff was polite and super helpful too.

First rate! My partner and I loved the brand new jacuzzi in our poolside room. Plus brand new split air cons. Breakfast in the resort restaurant was better than we had in our Makati 4 star hotel. The staff are excellent and nothing was too much trouble. The resort gardens and plants are very lovely too and very restful and pleasant,

The jacuzzi in the room, friendly employees. Free beach towels. Free laundry service.
Rooms are old and the first day they didn’t cleaned very well, we also had a lot of problems with the safety deposit box. The breakfast was very limited. Lot of bugs, ants in the room. Also the shuttle service was not as promised and food from roomservice had little taste, for the price you pay here you can find elsewhere much better.
