Solo las fotos de la aplicación y la fachada del edificio, el fotógrafo muy bueno.
El edificio es del 27 y la última reforma debe ser del 32. Y está muy descuidado y sucio!!

El encanto. Era un edificio muy antiguo y bonito, para una noche está muy bien!
La reforma que han hecho un poco chapuzera, el suelo era irregular y los muebles cutrillos. Un sitio para solo ir a dormir.

Senti falta do elevador, especialmente por conta da mala, mas o recepcionista a levou até meu quarto que ficava no ultimo andar

This is an amazing propriety situated on a great location in Aveiro. The room where I stayed was lovely, nicely decorated and very comfortable. The view from the terrace was also a good one. The whole building is a nice historical one with charming hallways and windows. Besides that the guesthouse owner is a kind and pleasant lady who is running also the pastry shop in the building. It's a great place to try some traditional Portuguese desserts. I couldn't have wished for a better place to stay in Aveiro. Highly recommended!

We got a pretty nice suite which looked very good. Position was pretty good too, next to the railway station but not too big of a deal.
I think there was a bit of dust here and there which caused me and my girlfriend (we are allergic) to sneeze quite a bit.

centrally located close to the train station, and 10 min walking distance to downtown. friendly host (located at the pastelleria down the building, also recommended for a good brekafast). room small but comfortable.

Located in a beautiful old building, very close to train/bus station and upstairs of a nice bakery. The check-in wasn't available at the time we arrived, but the lady from the bakery was super nice and opened the hotel so we could leave our bags inside. The bathroom was comfortable and the shower was really good.
It is close to the train/bus station, so if you're carrying heavy bags it is ideal. However, it is a bit far from the pretty city center, especially if you're tired at the end of the day.

Rui, the owner, was very helpful! I was able to drop my backpack and go explore Aveiro. It's directly across from the train station which was fine with me.
Everything was great for me. The location is about a 10-12 minute walk from the historic center which may not be for everyone.

It was in close proximity to the train station and the pastry shop right beside was good. A short walk to the downtown area.
The room was quite small and we should have closer attention to the size.

The location can be noisy at night because it is straight in front of the train station, and there's no A/C so you need to keep the windows opens when it is hot outside.

We only stayed one night here and had a good experience. The rooms were clean and the host was very welcoming and helpful. The room had a nice looking high ceiling and a decent bathroom. I would say that this hotel offers great value for the low cost.
There was no AC, however in every room there was a fan and by keeping the window open, the room temperature was tolerable. Another downside is that there is no elevator inside the building. Breakfast was not offered by the hotel, however, the coffeeshop was just downstairs.

The location was great, just in front of the train and bus station and 10 minutes walking from the city centre. My room was really comfortable and clean and the staff was friendly. This whole historical palace is charming, I would suggest to have a stay in there.

the staff was extremely nice, we loved the place, the location but most of all how well welcomed we felt by the staff
the fact it doesn’t include breakfast but it’s understandable for this space in specific because they also have a coffee shop so people can go to the coffee shop and eat there. it’s work it because all the food was delicious
