Small balcony is the only thing but has a nice view of the lagoon pool

The room was clean and bed was comfortable the pools were well maintained and spacious and breakfast was varied and plentiful you will be hungry after the buffet

Hotel is very clean and well maintained. Staff friendly and very helpful. Lagoon pool is beautiful, but the sun shines on a very small part of the pool, the building around it prevents it. Hotel situated in a busy area, on a narrow street, surrounded with small shops of souvenirs and cheap, local clothes. You can reach Beachwalk shopping mall and coastline in 10-15 minutes walk from the hotel. Overall, we spent a good time there.

The breakfast was really good and the staff would order your eggs for you get tea or coffee etc they were so helpful also the pool deck cocktails were excellent

The room was fine but there was nothing to sit on except the bed the one and only seat was on the small balcony in the heat otherwise you had to sit on the bed

We liked the location.

Today we are in 2024 & the entertainment system (TV) channels are out dated. They don't have any multimedia channels and still following the tv channels that we used to watch in the 90s. The property indicated 4 stars but their customer service was not up to the mark. We requested to talk to the supervisor regarding some issues that we had faced, but the supervisor never turned up calling us back. Upon repeated inquiry, we had been told that the supervisor is busy with other guest and never returned back. Booking.com must degrade this hotel to a 3 stars instead of 4 stars.

Great staff and well facilitated for children. It was our 3rd hotel we stayed at for this trip and can happy say they had the best breakfast. I looked forward to breakfast every day, especially the Balinese food.

Restaurant forgot to bring our tolders dinner, so he was served last and late. By the time it came out he wasn't in the mood to eat, so it was wasted food and $

Swim out room was fantastic. Bits of renovation during our stay but wasn’t a problem. Breakfast was amazing and the staff were brilliant. Location was great.

Some areas need renovating but it wasn’t affecting our stay.

This was the 6th time we’ve stayed here, always love it!

The room a bit old and quite dark

The pool access room was ideal and the bedding was comfortable The staff were friendly and generally efficient. Breakfast selection was very good. Live entertainment in front courtyard was good.

The air conditioning unit was noisy and the temperature control did not work. The restaurant food was at times served cold and often took a long time to arrive. I suspect cooked food sat around in the kitchen before serving. The special BBQ Grill night was anything but special as the steak was tiny and as tough. Location was only fair.

Das Personal war sehr nett, freundlich, hilfsbereit und professionell.

viele sehr laute und wenig gut erzogene Familien, die ab 7.00 Uhr im Pool und Frühstücksbereich nicht gebremst wurden. Die enge Gasse, die zur Unterkunft führt, war insbesondere Nachts von z.T. aggressiven Hunden belagert.
