To say Villa Sunshine is amazing is like say nothing. It was absolutely lovely and comfortable stay. All you might possibly need during holidays, you can find in the villa. We were greeted with cold water and beer 🍺. We could taste some local sweets. Even when we had some health problems with our son, we could count on help. It was the most amazing stay and we recommend it to everybody who consider staying in Cyprus. It is really close to do some sightseeing around Larnaca, Limassol, Lefkara etc. You have wonderful view to the sea. Just wonderful :-)

We spent an amazing week in Villa Sunshine. Everything went according to our expectations. The Villa is very comfortable, very nice private large Swimming pool, and the Highlight was the front beach where we were most of the time almost alone! The Villa has everything you need and more, you just need to bring your Swimming trunks and sunglasses with you :) Svetla, the owner, is extremely nice, helpful and very reactive to any of the questions or demands we had ! She welcomed us with a very delicious cake, soft Drinks and water ! We highly recommend the Villa !

Renting a car is a Must as the house is located in a quite islotad area and you need to drive around 8km to the next village (Kiti) where you find most of the convenient stores/Cafés/Restaurants..etc

The location is great, the view is form other planet! Each morning, we had the most beautiful sunrises from or bedroom. The villa is very colorful decorated, perfect for accommodating 3 couples (it has 3 bedrooms,each with its own bathroom). The neighborhood is very nice, full of vegetation. The garden is very nice. Also, the kitchen is quite good equipped. The beach and the water are just perfect!

We had our stay in December and we had problems with the hot water. Because all the heating is made based on the sun, the days without sun mean days without hot water. Also, even when sunny, the water turned cold in the evening. Also, the heating in the rooms is exclusively made through the air conditioning - which was quite noisy and difficult during the night. As for the kitchen, we would recommend more glassed and tea/coffee cups.
