The room was comfortable & the bar/restaurant staff friendly & helpful
The pre arrival letter was confusing stating the office was open from 9am on a Wednesday. It wasn’t & the bar only opened at midday so we sat outside for an hour trying to get in.

Great location, close to tram line. Clean and spacious room. The (few) staff members were very polite and helpful.
Heavily understaffed, only housekeeping and a phone number for emergencies. Downstairs pub was desert and closed by dinner time, so was the rooftop bar.
The view from our room was a really dodgy court with garbage and abandoned furniture.
Our room window was broken and couldn’t be closed.

This is a real surprise. Very tasteful but simple. Room had everything you need and someone really took the time finish the rooms nicely. Bar and restaurant were just right. good food, nice casual setting without feeling like you are in a bar. Nice wine list, and friendly staff. Will definitely stay again.

Staff were attentive and warm. Service was exceptional. Place was clean, designed with class and character in mind. Truly a hidden gem
Location is a few blocks away from closest hub and shopping centres. albeit the tramstop is not far away, and the shops are only a close walk away. Not a deal-breaker for me (happy to walk) but I guess it depends what you're after.

Easy check in - accommodated for our early arrival. Beautifully decorated spaces and rooms.
Room 12’s window had a brick wall 15cm from the glass! Not even an attempt to decorate or improve the ‘view’
But the other room we stayed in on a previous trip had a great view over the street. So not all bad.

Great bar and restaurant beautiful clean comfortable rooms and great staff. Tram out front direct to city and Southern Cross station and plenty of breakfast spots.
On street parking is not great. No in house pool or gym if that's your thing.
