La grandezza dell'alloggio e la posizione centrale. Ben riscaldato e silenzioso.

Scarsa pulizia. Cadevano le ragnatele dal soffitto. Macchie di muffa in bagno. I letti erano dei divani poco spaziosi e sopra c'era un semplice lenzuolino fine fine che non copriva nemmeno il divano. Quando siamo arrivati i letti ce lo siamo dovuti preparare noi e i due divani del soggiorno li abbisamo dovuti aprire noi. I piumini erano nei sacchi. Il lavandino del bagno era piccolissimo, tipo quello del treno e non esistevano piani di appoggio. La doccia da una parte e il wc da un'altra. 9 persone non riuscivano a stare intorno al tavolo contemporaneamente e mancavano le posate per 9 persone. Inoltre alcune stoviglie erano sporche. Mancava pure la tovaglia da mettere sul tavolo e le asciugamani erano scarse. Alle fine del soggiorno hanno cercato pure di addebitare il costo della presunta rottura di un armadio Ikea, che non abbiamo neanche toccato, senza dirmi niente prima! Va bene se cerchi solo un tetto sopra la testa.

Location!

Shower was poor, anytime we had shower we flooded the bathroom because the glass at the thub didn't have the sealing at the bottom. The heater constantly switched off, ( reset) . Kitchen wasn't really equipped. Knives not sharp, glasses dirty, plates are same. Around the sofa and under sofa wasn't properly clean.

Great location, lots of space, nice balcony, check-in/checkout were great, easy and simple. Good neighbourhood, well equipped kitchen and very responsive owners.

A bit difficult travelling in a poorly organised group, as there was only one key.

The location was really great ! We were like couple of minutes away from city center and everything was really close. We had many restaurants, clubs and 24/7 shops right next to us. I recommend this facility to families or group of friends.

There were few spiders on the ceiling and the first 2 days we had problem with hot water so we had to take shower with cold water but the owner helped us solved the problem really quickly.

The apartment was perfect for us! There was 10 of us and more than enough room. The apartment was spacious, clean, a good location and comfortable. Also, really good communication! Thanks so much for the best weekend! I’d definitely recommend this apartment to anyone visiting the city!

This is a great apartment for groups and is located within short walking distance of plenty of restaurants, bars and shops. Also very good value for money. Owners were extremely helpful and responsive throughout. Thanks

The apartment was super clean, very spacious and had everything we needed. The beds are very comfortable. The apartment is also in a great location, walking minutes from anything downtown but still in a quiet street. The host was very quick to reply, it is a great place to stay overall.
