We had a great stay! The property was clean, comfortable, and located in a very convenient spot. The owner was extremely kind and helpful—when we faced some issues, they went out of their way to assist us. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a hassle-free stay.

I like the location because it is near to the tourist places. There is plenty of restaurant nearby and near to supermarket.

The only thing we don’t like is the stair since the apartment is on the 2nd floor. The stair finishing is bad that can cause accident. Also, there is no bidet. I recommend to put bidet in the bathroom since the tourist will come from different country and this so useful.

Location was great, very central. Near parks and plenty of cafes / restaurants close by Apartment was clean and ready on time

Prices are a bit high in Almaty at the moment for renting apartments

The flat was big with all the commodities.

It is a little bit far from the center but close to an underground station.
