Great location, large room and bathroom. Francesco was very helpful with information about Modica.

Our stay was fantastic! Francesco was an excellent host, very helpful with finding a parking spot and was always quick in answering our questions. The location of the B&B is very nice, you can see the castle from the window. Comfortable bed and spacious accommodation. The breakfast was at a cafe in the street (cafe Adamo or gelateria Fargione), we got some coupons to choose our daily breakfast which we enjoyed a lot.

If you arrive by car and put the address indicated on Booking.com in your GPS, it will send you through some narrow streets to reach the B&B. Better is to keep following the main road or to ask Francesco for the address since you will park on this road and the B&B is adjacent to this road.

The place was great and central, very quiet. Great breakfast (at Cafe Adamo). Has a fridge, comfortable bed!

Large room, good location, air con, WiFi, lovely continental breakfast in nearby bar, plenty of hot water.

A bit of traffic noise. No TV or kettle in room.

The owner - Francesco - always tries to do the best for you! The night we arrived he spent a lot of his own time to mark the best sights and cafe/restaurants all over the Modica on the map! He was always ready to help us! The place is located in the center of the city - very useful as for tourists! I also have to say about the view from the window - it's amazing! You will see ancient monastery with the clocks which is located on/in mountain! Coffee and croissants at FREE breakfasts - were amazing!!! The only thing we didn't expect - bathroom was outside the room BUT in few steps from! We are satisfied and I can recommend the place! Thanks for Francesco!
