Nothing really. it was and old building with a renew studios, but nothing thrilling and special. We got a room looking to an awful patio and changed it for another one looking to the front part of the building, the avenue, but it was really noisy. The bathroom shower was liking when we arrived but nothing serious., but the noice of the air extractor was loud. The same with the noice of the little fridge, the mini bar, that was making a loud noise the whole night.

Staff was really friendly and room was nice and clean.

Check in time of the day was just three hours. Although the receptionist did call us to check upon our arrival, it was hard to contact them after the call. We had a bit of a hard time to find the accommodation as it wasn't in the same spot as in their website and the sign for the hotel was quite small. Other than that the staff was really helpful and room really nice and close to the city with free parking close by

Everything was good (location, staff etc). We has coupons for continental breakfast. Good location.

In corridor was too strong light and door has not good connection with doorway and all night room was full of light.

The place and room were good. I put a low rating because they were not able to provide me with the invoice (working travel). I've been begging them to send it to me by email for over a week and a half and still nothing.

We received a voucher for the breakfast. It was suppose to open at 7am, but it was closed. We couldn't use our vouchers.

Nice modern room, with small bathroom, very good WIFI, very comfortable bed, Close to Sea.

Parking place it's only with reservation, but Reception have only 1 or 2 places and they rent 7-8 rooms. You need a luck or just parking on the street. Small room, breakfast its only tea or coffee with one croisant on next street cafeteria. At night it was noisy from the street.

Noise on the street in the morning Was Little frustrating .. the store on the groundfloor had deliveries.

The host was very helpful and welcoming. She helped us check-in and gave us information about the Cinque Terre. Our room was towards the street and a bit too loud (for those who are not used with the city life). However, after we explained to the host that we would prefer a quieter room she immediately responded to our request and moved us on the opposite side of the building (the windows were towards an interior garden). Otherwise, it was perfectly clean and comfortable. The breakfast from the Pasticerria was WONDERFUL and MOUTHWATERING.

If the room it's situated on the street side then it can get pretty loud.
