The included breakfast was only a pastry, coffee and juice. Not much to choose from.

great location if you want to use the train. right at the station. the parking they offer is excellent and quite close by.

the stairs. we were on the top floor and they were horrendous. the bathroom is pleasant and functional but very small.

Clim defect

Great location, close to the train station. Welcoming host with good communication. She was very friendly and answered any questions. Clean room and nice linens. It certainly isn’t a large room but was adequate for our stay. Secure building. Breakfast included at a cafe across the street. Much appreciated. The cleaning staff woman was SO lovely! We had a chat before we were leaving. She certainly was sweet. Made our day!

No elevator in building so you have to carry bags up to their location. Luckily we were assisted with that by host. The room was HIGHLY scented with essential oils in both the main room and bathroom. Set off allergies. We removed these from the room and opened the windows to air out. We have found this very common in many hotels in Italy. The smell of CLEAN is a nice smell vs some perfume smell. The walls are thin and we heard conversations out our door from other guests who must have stood in the entrance area and had a long chat.

The location at the train station in La Spezia was just fantastic! They also allowed us to store our suitcase both before check-in and after check-out to accommodate our train schedule. Special thanks to Ilaria.

Perfect location right next to main train station, free parking nearby, breakfast, staffs very helpful & friendly. Value for money and highly recommended. Difinitely come back again!

Basically in the train station. SO close and convenient. Only 7 minute train to Cinque Terre. Great location. Super responsive staff.

Very helpful staff as well as convenient and cosy location on top of La Spezia Centrale train stain - perfect for visiting Cinque Terre - and in walking distance to city centre and La Spezia's port. The rooms are quite spacious and with the windows closed you don't hear a thing. The included breakfast is served in a close cafeteria.

We were staying for only one night taking a train the next day so the location was extremely convenient. The staff was also very helpful, accommodating our late check-in. The room was as comfy as it gets.

Just located right to the train station. And not far from the city center. Cozy room with comfy bed. The sound proof is good. Our room are facing the station but doesn't affected us much.
