Amazing location, lovely apartament. It had all we wanted. There is no oven and no washing machine but for 2 nights we didn't need it.
Not sure if the window can be closed, we could hear some noise in the late evening but after 10pm it was quite and we slept well.

Locatie, dichtbij zee en centrum.
Soms onrustig buiten (buren, op straat). Bovenraam in woonkamer kon niet dicht.

I liked the structure of the complex and terrace, pool by the terrace, host waiting for us at very late hour and offering us support throughout our stay.
The appartment was not very clean, the dishes were oily, black long hair spotted everywhere, noisy staircase, moving child beds.

Great apartment, extremely close to the city center and the beach. Everything that one might need during the week is there and beds are comfortable.
Walls are really thin, so all the noise from other people in the residence can be heard.

Good location, very well equipped and clean apartment on the ground floor in secure building with nice pool view from dining terrace. It got the afternoon sun so wasn't woken up too early.
Difficult to find the building, tucked behind the restaurant and sound proofing between the units wasn't great. The bunk bed is in the corridor by the bathroom so no privacy if adults sharing

Very clean and nice studio right by the ocean. Great wifi, well equipped kitchen area for cooking, and extra blankets in the closet. The interior design is modern and looks really pretty with the industrial features. I had a great time, swimming in the pool and studying with my laptop at the outdoor seating area. :) The town has really relaxed beach surf vibe, and great hiking areas and many beaches nearby.
Walls are very thin, the neighbours watch movies late and smoke weed. This is probably not a problem if you're in El Médano for party. I wanted to sleep early because of my online studies.

The loft was really well equipped. There is great internet, books, games, PS2 with games, terrace, big swimming pool, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. It was really clean and the owner was very nice. It has all you need even for longer stay. The location is great especially for surfers. There are many shops, coffees and restaurants around.
It’s located on the ground floor so you can hear everything, but I can not say that we did not feel safe. The bed wasn’t really comfortable to us.

The kitchen counter top should be replaced.
