Breakfast was okay,.would have liked to see more local pastries. Dinner buffet was delicious, especially the local food!

Everything was lovely except the phone malfunctioned and kept ringing in the middle of the night waking us up. Also other guests were very loud walking around the halls late at night and the person coming to pick up trays from the hallway came very early morning making a lot of noise. Best if these things can be at a minimum. Also when we took a shower one time the hot water wasn’t working properly (I think the generator was on and perhaps not enough power for the pump or something). But we overall love the place

Beautiful property, the decor is stunning, the views are wonderful and the food is very good. Most importantly the staff are amazing! They were all so kind and helpful.

Great breakfast, beautifully appointed rooms and hotel! Latitude 0 is a bit away from the downtown business area, thus it takes 20-30 minutes on a good traffic day to get to most other hotels, shopping and events. But this is the EXACT thing that makes Latitude amazing too - it is tucked up on a gorgeous hill with trees and views and quietness!

To me the price was a bit high considering comparable hotels and prices in Kampala. Having said that, it is an amazing stay and we will be back, when we return to Kampala.

The hotel is fine in a nice quiet location. The staff were excellent. A good hotel layout, rooms are nice although compact.

Our room 107 had very poor wash hand basin draining and produced awful drain smells. Toilet was loose and not properly anchored.

Amazing hotel. Probably one of the nicest hotel I’ve stayed in any where. The facilities are excellent, the decor is very cool and the staff are extremely helpful. Dined in the main resturant and had cocktails in the bar afterwards both of which were top class.

The place offers an excellent value for money. The staff members are really well-trained and at a very high-level (equivalent to the best hotels in Europe). The breakfast was great and with a lot of options (though the bread is not super high-quality). The restaurants and bars offer a very high-quality food (with also excellent cocktails) for quite reasonable prices. The fitness center is also very good and well-maintained.

The hotel os located up on a hill, so the drivers don't always know where it is and the end of the road is not paved, so it's a bit bumpy at the end.

It was clean, quiet, with great facilities. Best place I’ve stayed in Kampala!

The WiFi was not reliable and I had to use an external WiFi router I brought during our stay.

Perhaps someone could have better explained how breakfast worked when we sat down. We were confused by the menu on the table too - were those things included or excluded from the breakfast?
