Great location! Very relaxing! Clean condo and the beds were very comfortable. It was like sleeping on a cloud.

The property met our needs, there was room for everyone and the facility was nice. There was a cold snap and a couple more heated pools and hot tubs that the kids could use would have been nice.

I did love the location and the condo grounds were lovely. They had tiki bars, but nothing was open, which was a disappointment. The unit itself didn’t measure up, in my opinion. There was a giant dining table that was too large for the area - it seated 8 but there were only 4 chairs, which were upholstered in white fabric and filthy. Mattresses in 2 of the 3 BR’s were extremely lumpy and need replacing. The bedding was thin and poor quality; including extra blankets that were in very poor shape (old and didn’t appear clean). Pillows were cheap and thin as well. Cleaning needs to be addressed; owner may not be aware, but there was a thick layer of dust/dirt coating all the baseboards. A regular deep clean is needed. This building is 40 years old and it doesn’t appear the unit has been updated (popcorn ceiling that is peeling, etc). None of the windows would budge; all stuck shut (no hearing the waves at night). Renters should be aware this building is surrounded by high-rises that never turn their lights out, so the bedrooms are very light at night, despite closing the blinds - blackout drapes could be helpful. It would also have been nice to be able to get network channels (e.g., no Olympics). In a well-stocked kitchen, I would have expected kitchen wrap of some variety, soap at the sink, a few spices or condiments, etc., but there were none of those. There were positives as well, but unfortunately, the negatives outweighed. I wanted to love this place but wouldn’t rent here again.

The rental itself was perfect for our family. It was very clean, beds were comfortable, a washer and dryer was included, and every kitchen item you could think of. The location was perfect...right off the causeway and walking distance to several restaurants and attractions. There was a good selection of swimming pools and hot tubs and having direct access to the beach was a major plus. We will definitely try to stay here next time we're in Padre.

We rented this property over Thanksgiving weekend and it was perfect. The pictures were very accurate of the condo and it’s in a great location. We had a great time!!

We will definitely rent again! My husband and I got the much needed rest that we needed. Everything was so nice and neat along with up to date appliances. We absolutely loved it!!!!

We had 6 in our group. Plenty of room for all of us. We loved the big table for family style dinners and playing games. The view is spectacular and the location is perfect. Easy beach access and the pools are right there.

Its absolutery great place to stay with nice view of the beach, 3 pools and tennis court. You can not get any better than that..

Family and I had a wonderful stay experience. From Check-in to Check-out we didn't have anything to complain about. Only issue was the living room blind/curtain was missing an up/down pull string to provide natural sunlight, but we enjoyed the balcony instead. Comfy beds, linen, towels and pillows. Everything you need while staying and relaxing. Easy access to all the pools/beach. 100% recommend to anyone interested in an amazing condo.

This condo had everything we needed from a blender to a roll away mattress for our boys. It was so warm and inviting with a wonderful layout. The spacious floor plan was perfect to accommodate 10 family members. It had an amazing balcony with a view of the gulf…perfect for relaxation and meditation. This was a perfect vacation made possible by this extraordinary beach condo. Thank you!

The condo was just as pictured and the location was perfect! It was so easy to go back and forth from the beach back to the condo. We had the most relaxing vacation.

Overall stay was great had it not been for both elevators going out. One elevator was intermittently working the entire time but both went out last day and being on the twelfth floor carrying all of our luggage down 12 flights of stairs was not fun. Other than that it was great. Thanks!

The condo looked exactly as pictured. Great size for group of 10 plenty of space. The Balcony was huge. We really enjoyed the properties 3 pool areas that stayed open til 11pm and the staff was friendly. The distance to the beach was just a short walk away maybe 3 minutes or so. With this being on the 12th fl in the corner we were able to see the island fireworks on Tuesday from the porch. Also the location was great very close to everything. We did have a couple small issues the first thing is the sofa sleeper wouldn’t fold out seemed broke. I called to report it and was provided a rollaway bed the next day. The second issue was I did see 2 roaches in my 5 day stay. I didn’t report it as it didn’t seem to be an infestation more of an one off. Overall the positive outweighed the negative and we had a good trip. Also the checkout process was simple no long checklist to work before leaving.

The property was beautiful and the amenities fantastic! However, the water was shut off for 2 days in our building and we were not forewarned, the rental company used was rude and less than helpful in that situation.

Great place..

Perfect location, wonderful pools, easy check-in and check-out, comfortable mattresses, and it had everything we needed. We would definitely stay there again. Only complaints are lack of patio furniture and poor water pressure in the showers.

Home was an overall great experience! The dryer did not work, which put an inconvenience on us because we had eight adults and two children with wet clothes from the beach. There were minor repairs that needed to be made to the home, but overall, the stay was great! The view was absolutely amazing. There were only two chairs out on the patio but five chair cushions, so not many people could enjoy at the same time.

VERY nice condo - updated, with awesome views and location. A couple of electrical issues with outlets in kitchen and fridge not cooling well. Stuff happens, I'm sure it'll be fixed. What will keep me from going back is the parking issue. It sleeps 10 people and only 2 parking permits? You have to park extra vehicles about 1.5 miles away at the property management office. When traffic is heavy, this was a solid 30-45 min headache. Each trip. Want to rent a golf cart? Add another parking headache. Everyone want to go out to eat together? Got to go get another vehicle... It's too bad that is such a problem - because it is a really nice property. If you can commit to going there and not leaving, you should be good....
