Qué está frente a la marina,

Al comprar por Booking no se distinguen las diferentes opciones de habitaciones y departamentos, la alberca es pequeña, el olor a mariscos del restaurante, es intensa en áreas del hotel, los muebles y colores son muy extravagantes o coloridos

Beautiful setting on the marina. Staff were exceptionally pleasant and helpful. Very nice restaurant attached. Room is very spacious with a comfortable veranda to watch the beautiful sunsets

If only it was right on the beach.

the property is located in the marina . there is construction all around making it difficult to navigate in/ out of property

DO NOT STAY HERE! I booked my family at this property thru booking .com. I paid premium for a 2 bedroom suite knowing that my party may increase . I listed 2 adults and 2 children . it was actually 4 adults . according to the contract booking.com has with the property owner , 4 persons are allowed regardless if they are adults or children . this was not honored and I was charged premium for the adults . booking is honoring their policy and reimbursing the addtl cost . the property owner was not accommodating whatever , difficult to deal with and lacked the hospitality we expect . I own a restaurant company and fully understand we make every effort to accommodate the guest . the vulture at this property is unacceptable . everyone has to wear a wrist band . no one is allowed to visit the rooms even if it’s just to help with luggage etc…, very unfriendly staff . for such a small boutique hotel, this place is comical . there are multiple other options in nueva Nayarit that are far more accommodating and hospitable . I personally decided to book another place nearby while allowing my family to stay at this property . ( owner would not cancel w/o fully charging me ) . in summary , my family felt unwelcome and very disappointed.

Rooms were spacious and so quiet at night. Easy walk to the beach and the malecon is right outside. Onsite restaurant is excellent and front desk staff were really helpful. It was a quick drive to the airport too

Just one thing... mattresses are very firm and others have said this too. Perhaps they could provide padded mattress covers as an option.

the bed was too hard for me. that was the only thing I didn't like. the property was gorgeous. Also that we could not have friends over for a drink on our deck.

The room is big and the panoramic view of the marina.

We like the location as it is central and within walking distance of several restaurants! The staff was great as well! The views out to the harbor make for a pleasant and peaceful stay.

The furniture could use some updating - couches and chairs were very tired - dirty to be exact. In addition the kitchen amenities especially silverware could be improved. One particular item was that we were asked NOT to dispose of toilet paper but to place in garbage - which to us felt a bit unsanitary overall.
