The property manager/owner Penny was so welcoming and approachable.

The BBQ had no gas, and we were not notified on arrival even though it had been an issue for a number of days prior.

Nothing. We booked 4 nights. Left after the first one.

The cabin was poorly maintained - old, stains and holes on walls. Surfaces in kitchen and dinning table not clean. Floor not clean. Fridge not clean. Air conditioning did not reach all the rooms, was very hot. There was a used fishhook hanging from the front screen door. Cobwebs all through cabin. Beds old, hard and uncomfortable. No one at reception when we arrived. Complaints weren't address till after we left and no refund offered as we only stayed one night of the 4 we booked. Disgusted.

The check in process. I have received a message from them saying where I should find the cabin keys, however, the keys were not in the cabin. Even we were in the check in time, there was no one in the reception, so I have called the property and a very rude lady said I was out of check in hours (I have checked on Booking website and I was not). She has offering us a new cabin, but we had some difficulties to understand her accent while she was given us the instructions to take the hidden keys from another cabin, so she was once more very rude and stressed. I understand sometimes things happen, but it is unacceptable how rude that lady was in the phone, specially after their mistake.

Poorly run unorganised owner / receptionist is living in the reception and isn’t a great look cleaner was arguing with owner about feeling rushed into cleaning rooms seemed like they were under unessasry pressure we were told our room on arrival he vomit all through it just wasn’t great for a small family holiday that was very expensive for what we got ! The holiday cabins have great potential if they were tidied up and maintained won’t be staying here again unfortunately

the peppery was good.

It could have been better. could have some better amenities. the bunk beds were not clean and had to call the Incharge and they promptly helped. The wi-fi was pretty weak.
