We loved the outlook onto the river

Nothing really to not like, but shame that it wasn’t really walking distance to the beach.

It was good to have the river right there, the beds where comfortable, i didn't experience the upstairs.

Firstly the dishwasher didn't work contents of dishwasher where dirty and full of mould, I had to buy batteries for the light fan as it was not working these things should of been checked before we arrived. Didn't like the staircase it felt unsafe.. there needs to be air-conditioning. And the fact we pay a cleaning fee but practically have to make sure its clean before we leave is ridiculous,I understand if we only needed to tidy up but we needed to vacuum and mop as well why do we pay a cleaning fee?

Beds, heaters, oven, fridge those things are perfect

No mirror and power points in bathroom, dust everywhere carpet in the lounge too dusty and never cleaned ,power point in the kitchen not fixed to wall( high risk ), front entrance floor is slippery, no information booklet, floor is making noise, staircase is too narrow, no washing machine and dryers in the property , never answered phone and one phone number is wrong (lady's number) ,if you want I can send photos as well, sorry to say those things it's not worth for $690

Everything else. The above would not be a game changer. Plenty of room. Great view. Relaxing atmosphere. Loved it

Furnishings were a bit out dated.

Most impressive was that kids could fish all day/night long in calm waters without worry in own private jetty in the back yard.

Stairs leading to rooms upstairs was bit scary climbing up and down but was ok and only one bathroom/toilet.
