Breakfast standard,but view excellent

Breakfast variety

Friendly, helpful and welcoming team. We had a great time with Mel and her team. It was really fantastic to be there.

The formation Mel shared with us about the attraction sites in Knysna and around that she shared with, especially the heads a d feeding the elephants

Hospitality & breakfast was excellent. The view over the lake was beautiful and peaceful. Very nice and cozy ambiance. Mel and Colleen was excellent hostesses and made our visit a most pleasant experience.

Very little variety on entertainment, no TV channels like dstv or even normal SABC.

The staff were nice in the beginning.

The amount advertised was R12k when we got there it was R15k. On the last day we were harassed as early as 8am about checking out. Asked if we are packed etc as though we cant manage ourselves- we were on time was 10am like all other places. We are definitely not going back.

The room is decent and nice. Toilet is spacious.

Some of the lights were not working. May be a good option to add mosquito barrier coz there were too many insects.
