チェックインしてすぐお部屋のトイレに行ったら水浸しでした、短い髪の毛も落ちていて不快 急いでいたのでそのままに... 五つ星ホテルなのにハウスキーピングは一流ではないのですね。

aside from the relaxing ambiance, the staff were very nice. they’re the most important whenever I rate the hotel. very friendly and great accommodation.

My family and I had a great experience. We are so grateful for the staff who made a surprise for my son’s 4th birthday, very generous and congenial staff. The room’s view was awesome. It was indeed highly recommendable. We will definitely go back at Conrad Manila. Thank you so much.

Everything was wonderful. We stayed here for our honeymoon and the guest relations team really made our stay special. Shout out to Deric and Czar for their hospitality, and to Gil and Melvin in housekeeping for always ensuring we had plenty of refreshments in our room and giving us organisers for my wife's many many bathroom products! The pool was great, sun loungers were always available and the cocktails at the poolside bar were delicious. We also loved how close this was to two malls - both connected via tunnels. All the staff were friendly and greeted us every time we went in and out.

It was the customer service. So genuine, it must be great work culture that stems from the top.

I loved everything. We’ve travelled around the world and this was a home run.

The interior is pretty neat, everything is so clean. The pool is also one of the nicest hotel pools in the Metro. Very accessible to everywhere. And the bathroom! Thoroughly enjoyed showering in the unit’s bathroom.

The horrible TV. The default volume of the tv is too low, the glare on the tv makes it unusable, it has a highly reflective cover, even when we turned off the lights, it was still hard to watch from the tv.

It‘s clean with a fantastic vista of the Manila bay, a relaxing place to be and a very helpful staff.

I love everything about the property. But it seems to me that the breakfast buffet was reduced and the quality was no longer the same as last year.

Accessible to MOA, SMX and MOA Arena, where in i have a conference at Smx and watched concert at MOA arena and shopping at MoA.

A bit confusing to where you go and find where to exit and enter.

Room and location were excellent, buffet breakfast was below the par for a five-star Conrad Hotel.

We spent six nights at the property, the same dishes at the buffet were rubber-stamped everyday which made the experience quite boring. Additionally, the hot food was always served cold and low-grade quality. Shame of the Conrad franchise, otherwise my rating would be five-stars!

Everything except a bit of variety in food served in Brasserie 3. Its not bad, only needs variation now & then. Sauteed vegs are all overdone. AFTERNOON TEA IS ABSOLUTELY DIVINE SERVED IN A BEAUTIFUL BOX. SCONES WERE SUPERB!

The day we have to check out!🥺 We are leaving with heavy hearts. But we promised our selves to come back!

Location, access to the mall, excellent service. Felt safe and well taken care of.

The staff is friendly and accomodating, the juice served with the breakfast is excellent. I had a pre- birthday surprise. Love it.

Very flexible and accommodating so refreshing for a big hotel. Allowed us to check in early and check out late - nothing was too much trouble

Excellent property nothing to criticise

Location was very helpful, as we were there to see the Ed Sheeran concert. Having said that, its not a particularly lovely location, though it is on the watrerfront. The view over the water was pleasant, but the bay is full of small soil/salt mounds (not sure which) which felt a little odd, and I didnt see a beach (though there could have been). The room was large and pleasant as was the bathroom.

The maid didnt see our tidy the room light so we didnt get either room cleaner or turn down, but tbh, we were not in the room much. pool was ok, but cold day so didnt swim. The restaurant was very busy at breakfast, but also used for all other times. Wine choice was limited. on both nights we were there, there wer noisy and busy weddings, again wasnt an issue for us.

It was a beautiful hotel in a fabulous location. It was very conveniently located. We loved the pool, especially for the kids.

I wasn't greatly impressed with the hotel buffet. I didn't think it was that good for the price that we paid. We also arrived late, and needed dinner for the us and the kids, and we only had the buffet option which was very expensive, and rushed as they closed half an hour after we got there.

The room service and meals were rather expensive, so we ate elsewhere.

Did not elaborate that one of the bed is sufficient enough for my wife and me but instead sold us for additional bed for my son which is completely useless.
