Very warm comfortable home. Underfloor heating in bathrooms and toilets a bonus. Being from Northland and having stayed in many holiday homes in Queenstown, we have experienced some very cold homes before, so this one was a treat !

Quite pricey….but all accom in QT is pricey. Bathrooms and kitchen a bit dated. Fin heater in front downstairs bedroom doesn’t work properly, so that room very cold. No extractor fan in top bathroom and mould on ceiling.

We were very happy with the location and the house. We also loved that some of the essentials like tomato sauce etc are there to use, and that you are encouraged to leave your extras for the next like cereal etc. It was a great concept to make things easy on check in. Heated bathroom and toilet tiles... oh my goodness that was amazing!

There were a few little maintenance issues, however nothing that overly impacted with the stay. These have been emailed through to the owner, and I'm sure they'll be fixed before the next guests.

very nice place to stay. Close to town. Beautiful views. Easy check in and check out. Loved the fireplace.

Driveway was a bit tricky so we parked on the street which worked out fine.

Amazing views. Beds were extremely cosy. House had fully equipped kitchen, great selection of wine glasses. Great communication.
