Funky design. Comfortable beds. Complimentary water, tea and coffee in the lobby. Fantastic views. Close to Pablo Neruda house and the less touristy yet interesting Cerro Florida. Decent breakfast. Plenty of parking nearby.

The hotel looks really great, the food they serve as breakfast but also in the restorative is excellent. most of all, the personnel is extremely friendly - they really go out of their way.

You know when booking that the room is small. but please note that the room really is small. it’s fine to explore Valpo for a few days, but not extremely comfortable. Overall I would strongly recommend the hotel if this isn’t a problem for you (or just book one of the bigger rooms).

Comfortable and out of the city proper. You can only get here if you have a car.

The rooms are on the second floor, the restaurant on the third floor, accessible by only stairs. It is NOT handicap accessible, so people with mobility issues should not stay at this facility. It is in a residential area, so no dining or shopping within a mile. Due to the area, it is very noisy with neighborhood sounds, like dogs and loud neighbors. We could even hear conversations in the lobby area and a crying baby in another room.

We had a very warm welcome and the restaurant view as well as the breakfast and dinner was very good!

The aircondition was defect, but they provided us a mobil heating.

The room was too small making our stay unconfortable, the floor had dirtiness from previous guests. Restaurant was not what we expected. Unfortunately I don't think we will come back.

The personnel working at the restaurant is amazing. Very friendly and with a big smile welcoming you. The view from the restaurant over Valparaiso is stunning and the food prepared and served delicious, as well as the wide range of Chilean wine (Savio, the sommelier and Constanza, they have an amazing knowledge over the wines)

The restaurant staff was very helpful. Location near La Sebastiana.is great, good views and isolation from traffic and noise. However a little far from other areas of interest. I recommend to take uber to move around.

The air conditioner was on but didn't really cool anything. We had to leave doors open to get a nice breeze in.
