Facilities are ok, staff helpful, the location consider central city, easy to going anywhere

The location is good, walkable distance from the train station. The staff were very helpful with us arranging transport to Malang as the trains were fully booked. Good sized room with small desk.

Be aware the hotel bottom levels are still under construction. Reception is on the 3rd floor. There were banging noises during the night (not sure what they were).

We chose this hotel because of its proximity to the railway station as we had to catch a train early morning. We enjoyed the fact that it was located in a quiet street and we could rest in the night. In spite of renovations the hotel was undergoing in that period our stay was comfortable. The room and bathroom were very clean and the staff was very helpful. I would definitely stay there again.

The room could be bigger.

The location was superb. Close to shopping malls, cafés and to the main railway station which was only a 15-min walk.

Upon arrival I realised that the hotel was under renovation. First I thought it was closed. The security lad said the entrance was through the garage and reception was on the 2nd floor. You could hear the maintenance work during late hours too.

Good price and perfect location. Staff was always very kind!

Stained towels and bed sheets, no hairdryer, lobby floor was in renovation so we had to access the hotel through the basement.

It was close to the station and the staff are really nice. The size of the room was really good and it was quiet at night. The breakfast is very good. It's okay to stay one night but I wouldn't stay longer.

The towels were stained and I could feel the springs in the bed.

Staff is so helpful and the hospitality is on point, we arrived at midnight and they still welcome us. Bed is comfortable for this price point, toilet is also clean enough, and the lift works pretty well. Whats amazing about this place is the strategic location right in the downtown of surabaya where you can go to tunjungan plaza and many other place of interests in surabaya!

The parking lot is a bit small but its only a minor problem
