Great location, lovely big room and en suite
The only negative was the noisy seagulls but that was nothing to do with the hotel!

Nice size room with a fabulous view of Conwy Castle. The bed was big and super comfy with nice clean bedding. Tassimo machine was a nice touch and appreciated the fan and air con machine.
Pizzas in the restaurant were amazing!!
We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again.
The room looked a little tired and was let down by some finishing touches that hadn't been done. Curtains weren't secured to the curtain rail at the end and one of the blinds couldn't be used as there was no cord on it.
Could've done with a shelf in the shower and the shower head was held up by cable ties to stop it sliding down the pole.

Lovely chocolate millionaire shortbread in a box,Tassimo coffee maker and a lovely breakfast bag delivered to our room door.Looked like room had been refurbished since our last visit,overlooking road.Ordered a fantastic pizza from downstairs and ate in room as we had our dog with us.Little balcony with table and chairs on side of building,unfortunately didn't sit out due to weather conditions (rain).Would highly recommend,brilliant location and always friendly staff!
No parking facilities,we knew this anyway but couldn't think of anything else to not like about our stay!

The rooms are spacious for the number of people advertised. Good location for the spots and good views.
Bathrooms are outdated as well as the common areas. Shower head in one of the rooms is tired. Could be refurbished. The windows are fixed and cannot be opened. No AC, so its warm. Its good probably if you stayed in coldest months, but if it's just 14 degrees out, the rooms can get hot. The price for the room is not worthy of the facilities.
