Casa Tito is a lovely house, with beautiful small details everywhere, the kitchen has a coffee filter and a mokka pot, cuttlery and plates, pots and pans, a huge fridge, all you need. It has a washing machine with everything you need to wash your clothes and we appreciated it a lot. The house is extremely clean and very close to the restaurants (there are restaurants everywhere, even a very good Italian Trattoria just opposite the house) and there is a Spar nearby (5 minute walk). The beach is 5 minutes away, as well. The bus station is also near the house (2 minute walk). After we walked all around Puerto del Carmen, we were extremely sure that we chose the best location. Just in the middle of everything. The most amazing thing is the terrace which is huge, with a large table and chairs, with sunbeds and with a splendid, gorgeous sea view, it’s the place where we stayed the most of the time and enjoyed every moment. It’s like heaven, blue and white everywhere and the volcanoes far away. There are two bars nearby, but the house is extremely quiet, you can feel the silence, you can taste it, you can smell it. Just the wind and the waves with their eternal song. The terrace is exactly like in your dreams.

There is air conditioning only in the living room. And a fan in one bedroom. The host didn't explain us very well how to get the keys (we stayed for half an hour in front of the door, pressing the code again and again, but the door didn't unlock. Finally, when we managed to contact her on Whatsapp (on the phone a robot said the number was not allocated!), we found that actually the code opened the little code box if you knew a very smart move and the keys were inside). The number of the house is different from that one given on Booking (62 on Booking, in reality 52).

Excellent terrace with spectacular sea views. Well equipped with sun loungers. Well equipped kitchen. Excellent location with shops,bars, restaurants and supermarket within easy reach. Quick and easy transport from the airport.

location was great ,out the front door right on to the main strip,great big balcony unspoiled view out to sea easy access to the beach down stairs also had an outdoor shower at the apartment which was handy

for some reason couldnt get hot water to kitchen sink,hot water in bathrooms were fine though.not a big deal as we never cooked in the apartment

The view was amazing , easy to get to and it had everything that we needed . Home from home For a winter break it was fantastic. We would return , pablo was very helpful and showed us around and left contact details if we needed him. A very good stay ☀️🍹

The main issue for us was the wall was open above the wardrobes between the two rooms , and we was sharing with our mother in law .so if she opened her curtains it would wake us up. There was a couple of electric sockets that need looking at as they was lose . As we had our mother who needed to use the hand rails getting in and out of the apartment ,it was sometimes awkward by the tiny bar with people sitting so close to the top step.

Location was spot on.

No cleaners in. Loads of clean bed linen and washing facilities provided, but on hols one would rather not have to do these mundane things!! Not suitable for anyone with wheelchair use.
