The tv was plugged into a switch inside a cupboard. My dad was by himself and couldn’t work the tv out. He’d accidentally pulled a cord out of the tv when turning the switch on. It should have already been on. The remote wasn’t working properly. By the time I got back to the motel my dad had been sitting pretty much staring at the wall. Reception would have been closed for him to ask for help and he may not have known an out of hours number. The room was outdated.

The location was good & the bed was comfortable

The room smelt heavily of cigarette smoke..I believe guest have smoked in the room before as I also noticed a cigarette burn mark on the side of the vanity. We also found the cigarette smoke from the smokers just outside came into our room as well. My husband & I don’t smoke.

In a great location, close to Westfield Knox and all the basketball stadiums we needed to go to. Our kids enjoyed the pool.

Family room didn’t have a sink in it to wash dishes or space to store crockery. A few dodgy looking people around but we had no trouble except for the loud family next door who I could hear through the walls.

Friendly staff, bed was comfortable, water pressure good.

Overpriced, poor quality hotel that stinks like cigarettes and feels like a half way house. Not pleasant. Holes in doors, very noisy (listened to a woman in the next room scream at her tiny children for hours because they were upset when she left the room to go and hang out with some feral down the hall). Not a place you should stay, particularly not with children.
