The property is in a very convenient location, but our room was on the main. Road, so lots of road noise. The tvs were the smallest I’ve ever seen. And the very small show head made for an average shower

Upon check in the room, found toilet seat cover broken off. Carpet has a damp smell. Remote for television wasn’t working.

We arrived late on our check-in day to find the room hadn't been cleaned. There was juice in the kettle and there was a liquid dripping down the bed head. The bath/ shower floor was dirty from cups being sat on it. We did need extra sheets for our son, but there weren't any, so we had to take them from another room. The blinds and couch were both filthy and we had to place towels on the couch to sit on it. We also found what could only be a bag of drugs on the back patio in the ash tray, which also was full of cigarettes. The entire apartment needed renovation/fixing and it just wasn't a liveable space, or somewhere you wanted to be. I can't say what other rooms would be like, but they didn't have any other rooms suitable to move us into, so we had to stay the first night and left to find other accommodation the next day. The staff were nice and accommodating, but I did have to follow up with them quite a bit after leaving. We did get a refund in the end and compensation was also offered, but I haven't heard from them in regards to that.

I couldn't check-in. Didn't end up getting my room. Call the phone number provided and was put on hold for over 30 min. Ended going to another hotel I would like my money refunded please.

our room was not very clean. where the dryer was you could see the dust on the wall. the toilet still had toilet paper and floaties in it. there were no face washers. the tv in the bedroom would not turn on. I have stayed in a lot cheaper motels and they have been a lot cleaner. the staff were friendly and accommodating

Pretty average. They didn’t give us our free bottle of wine until we were leaving, acknowledging it was in the notes but they hadn’t bothered to read it. We got late checkout but they forgot and woke us up knocking on the door. And they made us check in ourselves with an emailed form. The receptionist also told us the pool was indoors and 24 hours (which was false on both counts). Otherwise the location was good and it was clean. Would be good for the receptionists to learn some customer service skills.

Water temperature whilst in the shower kept changing from hot to cold every 30 seconds. No handwash or laundry detergent provided. Very basic

Location is closeby to shopping centre. The property itself is in very poor condition and dirty to be classified as a 4.5 star accommodation. Gym wasn’t even open for use at 7am or 8pm. Also, no toiletries were available on my first night there and not a single person in reception or on hotline to assist. so couldn't even take a shower! Supposed to receive a bottle of wine, but nothing showed up.

Nice property location and easy check in process. Facilities are a bit old. And half the Gym was not functional

The apartment was spacious and clean. Close to shopping centre and restaurants with plenty of dinning options. The bottle of wine was a really nice touch!

They gave me early checkin and late checkout which was very accomodating

Although I received a phone call enquiring about time of arrival and if parking was required, I was not informed that I had to pay extra for parking. Will not return or stay where I have to pay for parking in the property’s parking area.

Very basic room with no table or chairs or a lounge chair to watch TV from, we had to use the bed. The fan in the bathroom was not working making the mirror fog up so that you couldn't see anything in it

Not one to ever to write up reviews but i feel inclined to share - Without going too much to go over extra specific detail of my experience but on a high level, if you’re a milennial or GenZ, I dont think this place for you. walked into a tap lever that was broken, incorrect shower water bottles that were provided (happened twice despite raising the issue!) , coffee pods were missing from the get go and most importantly, no regularly house keeping (inconsistent). I have spoken to the "upper management" team about this, and they reassure me it will be resolved, but almost delivered nothing compared to expectations set. I would only consider this place if you’re not looking for a consistent room service

This property was in terrible condition. The photos on their website do not depict the actual property. The rooms and corridors were damaged, chipped paint, scuff marks, damaged bathrooms and aging carpet and furniture. The bathrooms weren’t cleaned very well, with mould in the shower and dirty marks on the floor. The room smelt of cigarette smoke and had ash all over the balcony. We have contacted management and we are still waiting to hear back. Would not stay here again.

Clean and easy access!

This apartment was a pleasant surprise! Not often that the stay is even better than the pictures! The apartment was spacious, modern and clean. LOVED having nespresso pod machine waiting for me! Loved the King size bed. The Bathroom is massive too - and the quality toiletries aplenty! Thanks!

Close to knox ozone. Room needed to be vacuumed again when we finally got access 10 minutes after it was supposed to be ready. The tv in the bedroom was tiny.

Rooms were good, nothing amazing but definitely not bad. Had everything you needed. Design of the bathrooms were a little strange and pokey, but ok. It’s a VERY noisy area so if you’re a light sleeper I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

Modem, clean and well appointed room. Everything you could want from a short stay! Definitely stay again. Only negative was that I had to pay extra for parking.

We stayed in this property for 12 days. The room had mould in it and carpets were very dirty. We mentioned this to the staff who were sympathetic but said there was nothing they could do. As a consequence, I am still sick with mould related coughing and my partner suffered a sore throat. We were offered cleaning once a week which we kindly asked the staff if we could have cleaning everyday due to our long stay. They were very kind and cleaned most days (except the weekend). One day though, we came back to our room left open (Lucky nothing was stolen). We complained immediately and they were very sorry about what happened (but no compensation was provided). The free parking was great but one day came to my vehicle and someone had spat all over the back of my vehicle. We thought we had a room with cooking and washing facilities and the staff allowed us to use another room so we could do our washing, which was AMAZING. The staff were very nice considering everything we went through, but unfortunately we wont be staying at the property again until their mould issue is sorted
