Je voudrais remercier le personnel de nous avoir accueilli avant l'heure prévue et nous laisser partir après l'heure pour partir l'appartement est super surtout la literie il y a tous dans l'appartement il manque rien et même le soleil était au rendez-vous merci

Clean apartment with great pool and close to all amenities
Air con in main bedroom seemed too far from bed to make enough difference to room temperature at night.
Felt being warned we’d be charged extra for using over 80kwh of electricity felt like we were being told not to use too much although quite happy to pay extra. Just would be good to have the extra just included as part of the fees when paying over £900 to stay there.

Safe and secure for children
Our apartment had bunk beds and with young children it was a little worry as they wouldn’t be used to it . The air conditioning unit in living area didn’t work .

the other families i went with were in different sections of the apartment complex, which you had to go outside to visit
electricity surcharge wasn't obvious when booking and worrying about the aircon made the stay uncomfortable

Air con in main bedroom didn’t work very well and in the second bedroom leaked a little

Love these apartments, and the location is excellent.
Garden of aparrment had 2 lots of dog poo and the terrace was very dusty. This was very disappointing. Also, there was no soap.... we didn't check in until 10 pm... surely soap should be a given. Not enough towels

Place was beautiful..so modern.so comfortable.had everything plus more in the apartment.location was centre of everything. Can't wait to come back next year.

Location was brilliant there was a shopping centre full of restaurants and beautiful shops and a supermarket very close by. A lovely little bar called the 11:11 with a pool table nearby and very friendly staff.
The Swimming pool was clean and a very nice size. There was a Jacuzzi and 2 showers at the pool also and a paddling pool for kids. The Grounds had artificial grass and were extremely clean. Towels provided in the apartment and also a Good Fridge and Freezer.

Location perfect.
A lot of outdoor furniture and bedding needs to be updated. Pillow protectors would be good. No instruction booklet for TV or oven etc. Electricity went off when we put on dishwasher.

Don't think wifi is fibre so it can be quite slow at times .

We have stayed at this location many times before, the complex is clean, well kept & For location it is hard to beat.
on our stay this time there was some building maintenance going on, the builders were pleasant but cango's & hammers going at 8 in the morning while on a break.

not being able to get access till 16.00 hours
being out for 11.00 hours when w needed to leave at 17.00 hours and had to drag cars around all day

The location was excellent, supermarket close by.
On entering the apartment we were met with laundry and towels on a drying rack in living room.the corner settee unit on the roof terrace was ready for the bin and the bbq was disgusting!!!
