big flat with good equipment in a condo with internal parking and swimming pool. two bedrooms two bathrooms. good communication. great tv with lots of sat channels. good wifi. good shower. coffee machine with capsules. very good apartment overall at fair price.

I loved it. I have been coming to La Calma complex for 15 years. This apartment is fantastic. Comfortable Beds, 2 clean functioning showers, fully functioning kitchen. Clean living space, with TV with 200 channels mix of English, Spanish, French, German & Russian. Lots of plug sockets which is handy. Towels, bedding and toilet roll/handwash provjded. AMAZING powerful aircon. easy to use and switch on and off manually. Nicole easy to communicate with. Self check in and check out with keys available to collect on arrival. Again, loved it. I will 1000% be rebooking. Amazing. I loved it here and cannot wait to go back!!!! Recomendations for places to eat close by: Leonardos Italian, Chimmi Churri, Spud Murphys, Rockys - Great places for food. Reasonable price. Breakfast: Paddys Point, La Zenia or Captains Table, Punta Prima. Reasonable and good quality breakfast & Great staff.

2 small minor reccomendations - which did NOT effect my scoring as I gave 10/10 - but I think a new front door is needed eventually (it is 100% safe but just getting rusty/old) and I recommend new sealent around shower windows / ledge. As over time this starts to wear away with use of shower. But again, amazingly clean and perfect for 4 people.

The apartment was spacious, clean and very well equipped, The complex was very peaceful and relaxing with immaculate grounds and well cleaned swimming pool. We felt very safe with the complex being gated. Excellent that there was a Lidl virtually next door.

This apartment was clean, well equipped and the person dealing with check in and departure was very accommodating on any requests or questions. The location was close to the beach with multiple large supermarkets bars and restraunts in the area. The area was quieter than some, which suited me. I would recommend to all. The apartment was very spacious and 2 bathrooms were a great bonus.

The lift in the block was out of order for the first 2 days of our visit, which was unfortunate and created problems because I am disabled but it was repaired on the 3rd day, which is relatively fast in Spain.

Very good for amenities, Lidle and food / restaurant within 100 yards of property, free parking on site, security great to apartment, host communications brilliant. Lovely spacious apartment. 2 bathrooms a real bonus. Clean highly recommend

The apartment was clean and well equipped. It had everything we needed for our stay. There was only the two of us but could easily and comfortably accommodated four. The complex itself was very well kept and also secure. We were there to completely rest and recuperate, having good wifi and British TV was great for chilling out and enjoying nights in. Excellent location, having supermarket close by and being able to easily travel to the surrounding resorts. There was only one thing that we would have liked, some folding chairs/sunbeds to take round the pool and sunbathe.

The sunbeds left on the balcony were broken and no good for taking round the pool.

Only 5 minutes walk to SDI (dental institute) very spacious, great WiFi, everything there if you wanted to cook. Very close to Lidl, also found an excellent Italian Restaurant about a 15 minute walk. Arina, the lady who met me and showed me around the apartment was extremely helpful, always answering my emails straight away.

The only thing that I found could be improved was the pillows, way to hard for me, but this a personal opinion.

The owner (who’s English) gave me a very warm welcome and explanation tour when I arrived. The appartement is fully equipped for a long stay with 4 adults (2 bed and bathrooms) Everything was súper clean (towels, bedcheats,etc) Full equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave and nice Nespresso machine. I had a good sleep in this quiet place at night. I can strongly recommend this app price/quality

The swimming pool was not heated and too cold to swim for this time of the year. That’s the only minus I can think off🤷🏼‍♂️
