Close to Borobudur (by short walk). Very nice staff. Nice lookout to garden and rice fields. Very good breakfast!!! Lobby to wait / relax.

Noises from the street during the night. Lack of moskito net in the window. Poor bathroom conditions. Generally maintanace of the place could be improved...

The staff was friendly and helpful.

They are making cosmetic improvements on rear patios, and neglecting guest mobility and safety issues. The rear outside slate walkway has holes, no lighting and a tall hedge has encroached into the path. It should be removed. Inside my room the lighting was dim and minimal, and there was no task lighting, e.g. post lamp, desk lamp or bedside lamps. I’m elderly and need lots of lights. The tile floors are very slippery and there is no grab bars in the shower - toilet room, and the exhaust fan was missing and the hole was not sealed for insects (I got a few bites & bought some repellent).

The estate is owned by the same company as the Jacker Tour which operates some interesting tours around the villages near Borobudur. The homestay is along the main street of Borobudur and backed by rice fields. The staff is friendly and helpful. There are supermarkets and food options nearby. We enjoyed the motorbike tour to the villages and our tour guide Nuri was a delight.

The non-AC is a little stuffy at night. The room overlooking the street is quite noisy during the night when motorbikes and cars horn and scoot past. There are several room options available in this homestay. I will recommend that you get the villa room instead of the rooms along the streets.

Lovely, large, high-ceilinged bungalow set adjacent to rice fields with view of volcano. Extraordinarily helpful and friendly staff who brought afternoon tea unbidden. Easy walking distance to good restaurants, Borobudur temple. Excellent value.

Drivers who were recruited to pick us up from airport and deliver us downtown seemed to take undue risks, even given driving norms for the area.

Wonderful homestay with the charming tranquility provided by the surrounding rice fields. The staff are wonderful, and the breakfast delicious. Easy 5 minutes walk to Borobudur.

The cheapest room is quite old, apparently the only one not renovated. We expected a quiet room but it was actually super noisy as the main window could not be closed and is on the side of the Main Street.

Such a beautiful location. The guesthouse is set around a stunning rice field in the backyard. We were very warmly welcome and taken care by Nuri, Shek and the rest of the team. They are super helpful and so nice and friendly. They treated us like friends/family from the moment we arrived. The room was very spacious and open directly on the rice field. It's just magical. Comfortable beds, spacious bathroom with hot shower. A common space and a kitchen is available as well. Borobudur temple entrance is 10 min walking distance from the guesthouse.

The house has plenty of charme. Nice inner garden high ceilings in the room and bathrooms. Some parts may need some maintenance but from my point of view it's one million times better like it is now that soulless renovated. The 2 rooms we were in are spacious and have exclusive outside table and chairs. If you are sensitive to street noise pick a room with view on the garden. The young guy who welcomes us is the living definition od kindness and easy to communicate with as he's fluent in english. He's always smiling and offers help for everything. Good time here.

The room is super clean , with a comfortable queen bed. Hot shower and ac. The owner jack is super nice , speaks perfect English and gives a lot of advise about the area. The homestay is 5 min by walking from borobudur

The homestay is just at the bottom of a big mosque so it Is extremely loud, so prepar yourself to be wake up at 4am.

Location was only 5 minutes walking distance to Borobudur Temple main entrance. Employees were very courteous and helpful. First night my son had high fever and they took us to the clinic with their car even though we had our own, waited for us until the end.

Room given was not as shown on confirmed booking. Was quite old and many things needed repairing. Rooms shown in their online description were already reserved my family and I had to stay in the old building bedroom without windows. We felt quite disappointed.
