We have been going to Mission for 15 years and have stayed in multiple homes on Seagirt over the years. Love the outdoor patio and view of the ocean.

Great place that is super close to the beach. The house was clean and having 4 bathrooms was great for a family of 10. Host was great with communication.

Overall, a great stay! The house is truly in a perfect location. So close to the beach and hanging out on the balcony looking at the waves is the best way to spend an hour or two - or a whole day!
The house was large enough to accommodate our needs (8 adults) - including a large kitchen table that we could all sit comfortably around to eat and play games. There were enough bedrooms for each couple to have a room with only one common bathroom.
The bed and pillows were a little firm for my personal taste so recommend bringing your own pillow if you can.
The top floor has 2 bedrooms with separate bathrooms which worked out great. Just a note that one of the bathrooms is small - especially the shower. I doubt my 6’2” tall husband would have been able to use it.

The place was great. My only negative is the garage size should have been stated. We had about an inch left to get our SUV in the garage! Too many labels on EVERYTHING. We laughed about it.

10 of us stayed very comfortably in this beautiful house steps from Mission Beach! All of our expectations were exceeded. House was clean and very organized. Host’s instructions were clear and easy to follow and host responded to communication promptly! Plenty of linens and towels are provided and the beds are very comfortable. Pay attention to the parking warning, the garage is pretty tight - we did manage to get a minivan and a small car in there but it was very tight and there is no on street parking close by. We would definitely recommend this home and would stay there again!

The house was perfect for what we needed. We had an extended family stay fit all 9 of us, including an infant. It was nice that everything was so close to the beach, including restaurants and shops. The house was clean and the extras like beach chairs were very helpful. We would definitely stay again.

Perfect location to relax and walk the beach. We enjoyed a beautiful long weekend walking to restaurants and people watching on the boardwalk. Great location and perfect house for a large family gathering.

The house is very clean and as advertised. The kitchen is extremely well stocked with everything you will need. We had brought some favorite cooking pots from home and would not have had to do that. There are plenty of towels and paper products. All eight of us fit comfortably on the couch on the rare occasion we stopped for a little down time. The beds are comfortable with spare blankets if needed. The hosts are friendly and responsive.
We stayed for seven nights which flew by and we hope to return. We definitely would book this house again!

Location, cleanliness and communication were top notch!!! It was our first family trip post baby (coming from Chicago) and it was the perfect spot. Colleen’s communication was incredible and fast. Thank you for allowing us to experience this amazing space, Colleen! ♥️

Very comfortable, great for large groups. One block from beach. Lots of patios and open area for gathering. Responsive hosts. Only problem was dishwasher didn’t work.

This was our annual family vacation on mission beach. Wonderful property!!! Plenty of beach chairs, towels, boogie boards, and sand toys. The 3 level house had plenty of room, a nice large kitchen table that seats 8 easily. Tankless hot water, we never ran out of hot water with everyone taking showers. Bedrooms were large and comfortable. 4 full baths made it very nice with a large group. Really close to the beach, overall a fantastic home and location. We will be staying here again in the future. Host was very responsive and easy to work with.

We were so excited to do a return trip to this wonderful house in the most perfect location. Best part is that you can see the ocean from the living room couch, so even a family member with an injured leg could enjoy the beach:-)

The house was set-up nicely. My family of 10 really enjoyed our stay. There was plenty of room to spread out for our enjoyment. All the rooms had their own bathrooms. The kitchen was well stocked with all the essential cooking equipment. In the garage, we had access to plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas, towels, toys, etc for our beach time. The house was stocked with paper towels, toilet paper, and trash bags. The owner responds in a timely manner to messages. We would definitely stay at this home again.

Perfect location and perfect home for myself and my family. This house felt like a home. Had every amenity you could possibly think of. Absolutely beautiful and the whole process, communication, everything, was the best experience we’ve had so far! We will definitely be back! Thank you so much!

Our family stayed here for 5 nights and we had a great time. The house was clean and well stocked, and EVERYTHING was clearly labeled throughout. There were so many beach items available in the garage, and the location of the house was awesome... just steps to the beach! Check-in and Check-out were both easy and the property manager was responsive and communicated all of the information we needed. Both of our cars fit into the garage which is HUGE on properties located near mission beach. The Air Conditioners in every room helped make sure everybody as comfortable the whole time.

Great location and the best set up house we have ever rented. Everything just worked. Super well equipped and immaculate. Well located for beach without the noise of the main board walk and super views from terraces. Hosts were great at comms even regarding hurricane Hilary which struck during our stay. Love the area and loved the house. Stayed with our 11 and 13 year old. Thanks so much.

Everything about this house was great! 9 of us loved having plenty of space to sleep and enjoy ourselves during the day and evenings. The house was clean, had modern appliances, updated bathrooms, a strong a/c system, plenty of beach and bathroom towels, beach chairs and a 30 second walk to the beach! We loved how all the kitchen cabinets and drawers were labeled so we knew where everything belonged, as well as detailed directions for and labels on all the remote controls, light switches and tvs. The owners were quick to respond to any questions/concerns and sent someone to the house to replace a smoke alarm that died while we were there. 5 star place for sure! We didn’t stay at the house we immediately left and booked at a local resort instead…the house is mis-represented in the photos. This house is moldy, musty and smelly. Handrails are sticky, walls are dirty. Don’t rent without seeing it first, VRBO wouldn’t refund anything, buyer beware!!

This was the perfect house for our group of 10 ranging from 2-73 years old. Each room had its own full bathroom plus hot outdoor shower. The dining table was extra large. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the cooking supplies we needed plus the grill and picnic bench outside. Just steps away from Mission Beach we had great views of the ocean and we fell asleep to the sound of crashing waves. The garage could only hold our mini van but parking for the second car was not too bad. Communication with owners was fast and easy. Overall highly recommend!

We booked the house for a family gathering to celebrate my daughter’s graduation. The house was perfect for our family. We had enough room for everyone to sleep well, as all the bedrooms have their own bathroom. The kitchen was great for cooking and the location was just amazing. The owners thought of every details to make you feel at home and comfortable. I will rent this house again!

This house is just as pictured, and the location was perfect. We had 2 adults and 7 teenagers, ages 16-18, and we had plenty of room to be very comfortable. The owners were very nice and great communicators. The house is very well stocked for cooking, entertaining or just relaxing. (Which is pretty much what we did, as who really wants to cook on vacation) Plenty of restaurants & shops within walking distance. I would definitely stay here again.

The property was as advertised, the location was so close to the beach and we watched sunsets every night. The beach path was great for walking around Mission Beach and Pacific Beach. We walked to Belmont Park twice, which was a huge hit with the kids. So many great restaurants and coffee shops nearby, we didn’t have to go to the same place twice. Everything was easy to drive to if we couldn’t walk. Great location for a great trip to visit San Diego. Beds comfortable and plenty of room in each bedroom and lots of bathrooms. We didn’t cook so I can’t comment on any of the kitchen stuff but the filtered water was great and everything was clean. Lots of towels and chairs and beach toys.

We had a great time at property. Loved being so close to the beach with amazing views from balcony! We were 8 adults. The only inconvenience was parking. The property description said a small SUV and an additional small vehicle would fit in the garage but we were only able to fit 1 Jeep Cherokee. We had to park the other 2 vehicles several blocks away. Parking in this area is a nightmare! We ended up Ubering most of the time.

Overall we had a wonderful experience! The house was exactly as described. Everything was clean and so well labeled! We did have an issue with a couple of the air conditioning units that never got fixed while we were there, but Colleen was very responsive to our issue and was working hard to get it fixed. One thing to note if you have small kids like me: the bunk room is two floors from the master bedroom. For older kids I’m sure this is great! For us it was a bit of an annoyance to trek up and down the stairs when they needed us. Not really a problem, but just wanted to throw it out there as an fyi for others!

We were here for a family wedding. There were three generations staying in the house. We had enough room to stay sane, and SO close to the beach. Appreciated the variety of sand toys and beach chairs. Had an amazing time and can't wait to be back.

We had a wonderful stay in Mission Beach at this beautiful home. It is perfectly located just a few steps away from the beach and is well equipped, decorated and taken care of. We did have an issue with the AC that the property owners addressed immediately and were in constant communication with us throughout our stay. Our family found the accommodations to be incredibly comfortable for all members, 5 to 75 years old! Thank you for such a great stay!
