This was a perfect property for four retired gentlemen skiers. Four beds and four comfortable chairs. What more could we want?

Excellent place to stay if you want a ski in/out that’s centrally located. We had a single issue but the property manager was all over it and the issue was remedied before we left the slopes. Highly recommend this place.

The condo had plenty of space for our family and was conveniently located to the slopes. The elevator was great and the parking garage was really nice!

Location is awesome. Plenty of space for 6 people and everyone had their own bed. The only complaint is the view doesn't exactly look towards the mountain. Easy and convenient to get to. Awesome location!

I had a nice stay at the condo. It is just a short walk to access lifts. The condo had everything that I needed for an excellent ski trip. I was able to leave my car parked for my entire stay. The condo is somewhat dated, but that was not an issue for me. The owner did a good job of communicating. I would stay there again.

This condo was absolutely perfect for our ski trip. The condo is truly steps from the gondola. The condo has a well appointed kitchen with everything we needed. The mattresses were wonderful and the living room furnishings are comfortable. The owner was quick to respond to questions. I would be thrilled to stay here again.

This property was just steps From the slope. Beds were comfortable, the vrbo was clean. We loved the lounge chairs. Fully stocked kitchen. Would stay here again. Owner was responsive and friendly.

Loved the condo. Was great to stay right at the base and be able to walk around to the shops. Amazing to be at your condo 5 min after you step off the slopes, counting the time we spent dropping off our skis to the rental shop. Property is dated, but we understood that before we came and were not bothered at all. Tom and Von are great to work with and very responsive. Will be back soon hopefully!

This place was perfect for our groups needs. The location was right in the middle of town and within walking distance to many places. We had a little trouble finding the parking garage and entrance but Tom answered right away to help us find it. We had a wonderful stay and would stay again if we make it back to Steamboat!

The owner mailed instructions to find the unit, the unit key, and a parking pass. However, it was a confusing complex and finding the actual parking space and the unit itself was somewhat challenging. The condo was clean, but dated and as it was summer, the one and only AC unit struggled to cool the bedrooms. I'd say it is a better ski season rental than a summer rental, but we enjoyed the stay all the same.

The condo was clean and functioned well for our family. The location was great & we absolutely loved the area. Tom responded quickly to us and wanted to make sure everything went well.

This property was easy and quick to book online. The communication with management was stellar TOM was very helpful with any questions that we had. The owners answered promptly via text or voice chat. The room was clean spacious and had everything we needed to enjoy the weekend. The kitchen was fully stocked as well as each bathroom. This property had every amenity you would need for a amazing time. Located in the perfect location not far from restaurants, shopes, and a few minutes from downtown.

Overall we had a nice stay at this condo in steamboat as a family, but had a few frustrations with the check in process and internet/tv not working. The owners were available and responsive but there were some delays getting the issues fixed. We loved the location and parking for skiing and had a great family ski trip!

We really enjoyed our 4 day snowboarding trip. Staying at the base of the mountain was so convenient. We had everything we needed and the condo was perfect.

Great location, spacious, and secure. Initial problem with the heat, but very quick response when we notified the owners, which was resolved to our satisfaction.

This condo is in a great location in Steamboat. It is located right above Gnarly Charlies Pizza. It was such an easy walk from the condo to the slopes. It is maybe 200 yards. We had a family of five with three young kids and the access was unbeatable. The photos are accurate as to the condo. It is dated, but not lacking. The beds were comfortable and the furniture great to relax. The TV is new and cable and internet worked without fail. The whole condo was clean and well stocked with anything you might need. For our ski trip there were only two downsides. The condo does not have a washer and dryer. For a family of five with young kids that was tough for skiing. The unit also does not have access to a hot tub or pool (as far as we knew). Overall this was a great spot for a young family. We had a great trip and would definitely return.

As others have said, the property is dated, but my primary goal is prime time skiing at Steamboat Springs. The location, underground parking and mountain access are wonderful. If you want on-premises pool, hot tub, etc look elsewhere but be prepared to pay a lot more. This is not my first stay here nor will it be the last.

We rented for the location which was great! It’s dated but we appreciated the comfortable beds and leather reclining sofas and recliners after a day of skiing! The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, dishes and such. Thanks!

We had the best time skiing in Steamboat for Christmas! The location was fantastic (easy elevator ride downstairs to Gondola square then a 2 minute walk to the Gondola - it felt like a ski-in ski-out!). It was a quick drive into town to fun restaurants and the grocery store. The condo was perfect for my husband and I and our three adult kids...it and had everything we needed for the 5 days we were there. It was cozy and roomy at the same time. Von (the owner) was a great communicator and answered all our questions and addressed any concerns. We can't wait to go back!

We had to cancel last minute but everything went very smoothly and timely.
