We had friends recommend this place last year and say it was their favorite spot in all of New Zealand and it was exactly that. Seriously magical, quiet, remote (but not too far away) cottage tucked into this quiet bay. Explored with kayaks and saw tons of rays. Kids had a blast and we loved exploring all of coromandel to come back to this perfect home. Thank you so much for sharing!

The most peaceful, safe, quiet bay. Beautiful homely well appointed holiday home with all the luxuries. Our third time back to the bay and even though the weather didn’t turn up for us we still had a very relaxing time. Highly recommend

Couldn’t recommend this place enough - it’s the perfect mix of solitude & the convenience of having town a 5 minute drive away. Beautiful property with all the home comforts, lots of space, perfect for 2 families and postcard picturesque beach safe and accessible for small children. An amazing spot
Wow what a beautiful location! The house is awesome, eveything you need plus more. Lovely and clean and the most comfy beds and linen! Our family had such a blast, fishing in the boats and off the beach and jetty, swimming and kayaking. So much to do. The host Emily was lovely to deal with and very accomodating. Will definatly be back next year. Thanks again! 😊

Wonderful Bach in perfect setting
We were a group of 6 women friends on a bike trip.
The layout of the house was great, beautiful linen and decor. We would definitely come back and stay again.
The Bach is very close to the easy swimming beach and very private. Lots of fishing going on around us.
We did the Hike/Bike Coramandel trip and it was a great base for that.
Everything we needed was there, even SkySport for us to watch Allblacks test.

Amazing location and perfect property
I spent Waitangi Weekend here with a group of 8 adults. The house catered for us perfectly with 4 well set out bedrooms, great indoor outdoor living, large kitchen and 2 lounges. I was worried about the 1 toilet being in the 1 bathroom but we managed perfectly fine. Everything was provided and thank you so much for the gift on arrival. A lovely touch. We spent a lot of time fishing, kayaking and swimming. We all had an enjoyable time and would definitely come back.

Gorgeous spot, beautiful scenery, great traditional kiwi bach, well appointed for groups and families. Just a few steps and you can have a swim in the magical waters. We had a great time and would love to return.

A little piece of paradise
This is a real kiwi Bach, which just oozes charm, you can tell is is a well loved family holiday home. It looked exactly like the pictures . The location is perfect, we stayed in early spring so weather too cold to swim, but I can only imagine what it would be like during summer. The owner was great to deal with and the instructions for the property were very helpful. When we arrived there was even a welcome gift which was really thoughtful and much appreciated. Highlights were the 2 pods of Orcas that came to swim in the bay. The location , right at the waters edge and the crystal clear night sky.
