L’accueil agressif a 20h50. La réservation n’était pas enregistrée et le monsieur nous a dit « je ferme » ! Il a finalement accepté de regarder notre dossier et accuse booking d’être des incapables. On a également payé pour un petit déjeuné qu’on a pas eu le droit de prendre !!!! Je précise que c’était l’anniversaire de mon conjoint ! Une HONTE.

The gentleman at reception was very helpful and did everything with a smile - including helping to sort out a safe spot for my husband's Musto Skiff dinghy and directing us to local restaurants for dinner. The room was clean with good air conditioning. We took the short walk into town & ate at a lovely brasserie before heading back to the hotel for a good night's sleep - surprisingly quiet considering how close to the motorway we were. The bathroom facilities were very good with a great shower (I have long hair so that was important to me). The same gentleman was on reception next morning and was again very helpful. Breakfast was good, with an amazing choice for such a small hotel. Again everything was clean & tidy. I would recommend this hotel & definitely use it again if we undertake a similar journey.

The only thing I would recommend to the hotel would be to make the entrance look a little more inviting - the outside / car park was a bit overgrown.

Very welcoming and friendly manager. Excellent choices for breakfast and good value for money. Wished we could have stayed longer to discover the restaurants of Chambery but unfortunately we were "en route". Would recommend this hotel for a few nights stay.

Missing an elevator , but that's not the hotels fault. Location was a little out of the way of other amenities ,restaurants etc, but that really is only a problem for one night stays .

Clean, good position for travelling but probably not for a extended holiday as quite commercial but perfect for our stop over requirements.
