Close to bars food places and bookies everything a group of lads wanted

Lovely house right in the centre of Derry. Excellent value for money. Friendly and welcoming host.

Location was perfect. So handy for city.

clean, spacious, 5minfrom city centre, friendly and contactable owner.cooking and bathroom facilities were fine, plenty of room on 3 floors recommended for families who dont need a hotel

on the end of a bit of a hill, but the whole city is quite hilly

Location was excellent 10 minutes stroll into town centre

Property was fantastic and spotlessly clean. it was very close to the city center(10 minute walk). Sean the host was very friendly and had left losts of information at the property.

There was nothing to dislike.

Loads of rooms &.a nice area beside kitchen to have a cigarette

Nothing except having to ascend three lots of stairs to get to my bed after the pub!

great location, spacious rooms, had everything we needed for a short stay, owner was very accommodating, all appliances in good working order, all cutlery and utensils provided & were clean, towels were provided, the showers were good, the beds were comfy, rooms all had smoke detectors, great stay! thanks very much.

kitchen was a little grubby, repairs needed in some of the bathrooms (like one of the drains in the shower didn’t drain properly, shower door was broken, extractor fan doesn’t work) broken drawer in freezer

The house is so big it is a little difficult to heat. Occasionally the downstairs rooms were a little bit cold.b

The property was clean and spacious and in a excellent location to city centre , The owner of the house was very helpful and friendly, he lived close by and recommended a few places for us to eat the evening we arrived…

Very spacious, clean , has everything you need, so much room for 8 adults , so close to centre was really within walking distance to everything . Found shaun so accomadating, have told my friends to book there .Will be back.

Found the back door a little hard to lock that's about it
