The parking was not good. Parking on the,street outside the guest house was free between 6pm and 10am otherwise it was a nightmare to find any parking spaces paid or unpaid!!!

Breakfasts was excellent, very accommodating to our needs, fresh and plenty of it. Great location to town. Room and bathroom very clean and spacious, plenty of space for belongings.

Everything about Benton was excellent except that we had to walk up 2 flights of stairs as elderly people. Second the shower cubicle was very high to enter and the water pressure delivering the shower not very strong.

The owners are lovely and very friendly. The guest house is in a perfect location for train shops and beach all walking distance.

The room was a bit small with no view I didn’t find the beds very comfortable, too soft for my liking. The elastic in the fitted sheets had gone, so kept falling off. Very heavy duvets, although we did find blankets in the cupboard.

Comfortable bed. Very convenient for the beach, cafe's and bus / train station.

The toilet seat could do with being one of those quiet closing ones.

was on top floor and was a warm couple of nights so had to have window open and the seagulls was making a racket all night and morning . but that isn’t the property’s fault

Breakfast was good, although we do like fruit salad rather than whole fruit. Location was fantastic - just round the corner from the main shopping area - and quite close to a sea view and the beach.

The shower was a little 'weak'. The flow of the water was narrowed to the central area of the shower rose & was not able to be adjusted. Also, we had an annoying wardrobe with two doors which were difficult to keep closed.

Great Central location. Julia and Graham were really lovely. Very friendly and approachable and nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast- hot and fresh and nicely cooked. Nice biscuits too :)

The stay was extremely comfortable and our hosts were very welcoming. The hosts gave us lots of local information that we made full use of. The premise was well decorated, very clean and most requirements were catered for.

We were the only ones having breakfast and the table allocated was next to a very hot radiator and a very bright sunny window. There was a loose glass shelf in the bathroom that needs to be replaced with a more substantial shelf that will hold a toilet bag. The hot water took quite a long time to reach the shower.

I stayed with an old friend at the Binton Guest House for three nights recently, in mid-November. We received a warm and genuine welcome from Julia and Graham and this set the positive atmosphere for the duration of our stay. The twin-bedded room was comfortable, very clean and well equipped with a small bathroom and an efficient shower on-suite. Breakfast in the dining room offered a very good choice and the quality of the English breakfast and the excellent poached eggs on toast exceeded expectations. Our stay was thoroughly enjoyable. We will return and we have no hesitation in recommending the Binton Guest House to family and friends.
