Small apartment, but very nice, and very quiet. Great location.

Had to pick up the keys from another location, though it was just around the corner. Instrutions were for the lock box on the bottom right, but an extra row had been added, so the instructions were a bit outdated and lead to a few minutes of head scratching before I was able to locate the correct one. Otherwise no complaints about the apartment, it was a very nice stay. Oh, but the shower could maybe use a curtain...

Didn't expect Terrace to be shared. But this was no big deal.

Location was great, apartment was clean and has everything we needed in the kitchen and bathroom. Host was very responsive to any email inquiries.

It was hot! There was one fan that barely helped, so having an extra fan would have been nice.

Apartment was dark and dingy-looking, refrigerator didnt work well, furnishings were more shabby than chic, outdoor space was shared, couldn’t open drapes as space was shared/no privacy, neighbors in building are fairly loud coming and going.

needed a few more pillows, shower in bath and no shower mat so potentially slippery, no shower curtain so difficult not to get floor wet.

darling little studio in the heart of Lyon’s downtown district, very close of Vieux Lyon. The studio is clean, bright, modern, and best of all QUIET and peaceful. Warning to women-It is situated on the second floor (no elevator) so luckily my husband carried my luggage up the smooth stone steps that can be slippery. Stephan is a delightful man who was prompt and kind and helpful during check in. We slept well due to the peaceful atmosphere. We walked to everything….stores, Resturants, groceries. After a quick visit to Cruise Russe, we found it dirty and were delighted to be staying right here in the Cordelier region of the island. We walked to Bellecour and Vieux Lyon for dinner both nights! It’s safe and convenient. Stay here, you will love it.

Very nice, clean and well located apartment. Price was reasonable compared to other places in Lyon. Bed and sofabed were very comfortable, kitchen was well equipped, everything was very well organized. I was received by a very respectful and helpful lady during check in that gave me all instructions. I forgot an item in the apartment and the host is making everything possible to help me. Highly recommended and would go back next time in Lyon!

Nice apartment in the city center. Small yard is accessible by tourists staying in the apartment. There is no view from this yard, just internal area of the building. Generally the apartment was very well equipped. We had everything we needed. Parking for additional price is available in 2 minutes walk.

No hangers in the bathroom. We had problems with internet but we didn’t need it much. Cleaning could be done better.

The decoration, location, cleanliness the size

The property didn’t feel very secure it has a shared outdoor area the communal stair case was easily accessible to the outdoor area in the flat. The mattress was really uncomfortable and the toilet smelt damp like drains

To point something, the bathtub was very slippery and one of us fell (luckily no big damage)

- there is no laundry washing machine in the apartment even though it is stated that there is it. We were short so we didn't even need it, but if someone counts on it... - apartment is little bit dark and you have impression than it is in basement even it is on first floor - induction hob in the kitchen does not work, we tried every available pan. Dont count on it.
