A small delivery van/truck was parked adjacent opposite our room which made parking in and driving out very difficult. Parking in front of 16, 17, 18, 19 & 20 limited

Size of the room, clean , modern ,very nice

The bed was comfortable and air conditioning system great.

The nearby pub had such loud drunks there that l barely slept a wink. I needed to sleep well and O didn't P was deprived of sleep.

I stayed with my grandchildren - it was a great location with a pool and a bistro. My grandchildren commented on the staff at the bistro: "Most places hate children, but they're really nice to us here". The service to children was exceptional. We ate there three nights in a row.

I liked everything the staff was great the food was great and big meals as well

Staff were delightful and really accommodating. Rooms were spacious and beds really comfortable.

Noise from people being silly in the car park was very intrusive.

Plenty of room ; easy access to meals at hotel ; close to local park with great kids water /skate/bike ‘playgrounds , didn’t use pool as wrong season for swimming

Not being able to,use toaster as this upset breakfast plans ( there was a explanation in room rE smoke detectors)

the spa bath was amazing, the bed and pillows were so comfortable

i wish we could of stayed to enjoy more amenities

Clean, fast check in, room was spacious, lots of TV channels, kitchenette had plates, glasses, cutlery, etc.

Bed was awful, sunken in the middle, hurt my back. Other guests were loud, drinking and making noise in the common area after midnight. Cleaning smell was overwhelming, smelt of chlorine.

Shower sprays directly onto the floor if the door is open! There's no way to warm up the water without flooding the room!
