Comfortable & quiet stay. Poolside room away from road & very quiet. Short, flat 15 minute walk into town via beautiful Queens Park. Beautiful little country town. Locals very friendly.

Central to everything in Maryborough’s CBD so my family and I saved on car rental. Reception staff member was kind, courteous and helpful by allowing us to stow our bags well after check-out time.

We were welcomed in a warm and friendly manner. The room was clean and comfortable. We slept well and headed off early the next morning. You couldn't ask for more.

We have stayed in this property before and it has been good but unfortunately this time the room had a very strong musty odour. We were told this was caused by a leak in the bathroom. As the motel was completely booked, we had to stay in that room.

Great location for our requirements. Unfortunately, the double bed was exceptionally soft and had poor support, particularly on the sides. The shower recess was quite small.

Spacious room, clean, serviced daily. Cafe on site, food was good. Some rooms have been refurbished. Pool was clean and easy to access. Great parking.

Very outdated, had tiles fall off the wall and break all through the bathroom. Staff moved me to another room which I appreciated.
The next room was in poor condition with mold and a heap of ants running throughout.

Our stay at McNevins was great. The room was very large and perfectly clean. The bed was very comfortable. McNevins is quite centrally located with dinner and breakfast options on most days. The pool looked inviting even though the weather was not! The staff were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again!

Very good location close to cbd and attractions.very friendly staff. The best breakfast we have had in a motel very good value for money. Room dated but very clean and comfortable. Will stay there again .

Easy to find and close to downtown. Motel was clean, comfortable and peaceful. Bed was comfortable. My room was beside to pool.

Water pressure in the shower is a bit low making it difficult to wash my long hair.
Guest laundry was useful but disappointed to find the washing machine was being used by the cleaning staff when I wanted to put a load through.

Second time staying here and still like it except that our towels were stolen from our patio by the pool and staff did not seem to bothered. Also had a lot of ants in our room and no spare towels in the cupboard as advised. Pool units need a bit of an upgrade like the other units.

The only negative I have on this property is that the food in their restaurant smelt amazing but we were stuck with McDonalds as we arrived too late to get a table. Next time we’ll know better and book a table in advance.

great location, room clean, An easy walk about 8 mins to town hall,
disappointed that there was no full length mirror in the room. I found the bed lumpy and the pillows uncomfortable.

What a lovely clean and modern motel - really enjoyed our stay - lovely hotel over the road and not far from the Brolga Theatre if you are going for a show - definitely stay again.

Good location, can walk to Brolga theatre. Restaurant on site or great coffee shop next door by garage. Can walk to town or to pick up point for bus transfer to train station.
