Apartment was well appointed, with decent kitchenette. Bathroom had a working spa which my wife enjoyed. Well located, 10 min walk donw to town, 20 min return (up-hill)

Parking was an interesting experience - Park up the hill away from the property. The road has a very steep grade and we struggled to get it up the hill. TV in bedroom only had radio channels.

We communicated well with Rouwen via Whatsapp for the arrival (very sorry for spelling your name wrongly) and how to get to the apartment, he also helped us with the parking since it was a bit tricky due to the steep road. The apartment was very clean, the sheets and towels smelled very nicely. We stayed there with 2 adults and 2 kids. 2 of us stayed in the big bed, the other 2 on the sofa bed in the kitchen. The sofa bed was very small for one adult and a kid, and we wondered how 2 adults would stay there (the apartment was for 4 people). Short walk (steep, but not bad at all) in the centre of the village with nice restaurants, gelateria and direct lake access.

We didn't like at all the big construction site just in front of the great terrace with lake view, it was only a few meters away. Since we read about it from the comments from other travellers, we expected it and since we only stayed one night, it was ok for us. If we booked a week or so, we would have been very annoyed. The site seems still to be at the beginning of the construction and we guess it will last a few more months until it is finished. Through the new building, the apartment loses half of the view to Lake Como and people would be face to face to the new building.

Good location and great host

There was a building work crane blocking the view of the lake. There could have been some air conditioning as it was very hot .

Very nice, clean and spacious apartment with a beautiful terrace.

It is very hard to park a car because the house is on a very steep and narrow road and it is impossible for two cars to pass next to each other. Also we booked because of the view on the lake but nobody told us that there is a building under construction in front of the apartment.

The appartement was clean en neat with a nice view over the lake from the bedroomwindow. Betdrooms were nice and cosy. The host is realy helpfull.

We did not know in advance that the appartement was on a very steep and small one way road. This is good to keep in mind when going there. Don’t drive down fully. It Will save you Some worriying about if you will even get your car out there in one piece. The appartement had a kitchen and a bathroom and 2 bedrooms. There was no living with sofa as was mentioned in the add. With small children I would not recommend this appartement but otherwise it was fine.
