Nice spacious apartment.

It's stupid not to have plugs in the kitchen sink bowl and worse, the bathroom sink. It is just water wastage! The Flat also needs better 'Notice' of its location.

Nice location and friendly landlords. Very quiet neighbourhood. Property generally fine

When we first entered the property every single window and door was open. Full of mosquitos/ ants and bugs. Got bitten so many times. Aircon units didnt work at all. (We only realised at 11pm when we got in so wasnt really able to report at the time) Just blowing warm air and very weak. Property must have been about 30-35 degrees and it didnt cool off at all. Very frustrating as it ruined our stay. We left at 4 in the morning and overall had a terrible stay

Strong wifi, balcony, clean bedding.

Low water pressure in shower, not clean microwave oven (also had small insects in it), not clean balcony table, not properly working refrigerator, there was washing machine but no laundry detergent

Perfect location, nice and clean, good size.

Air conditioning was not cooling , stairs are a bit steep.

Close to the beach and quiet.

1. Dirty 2. Furniture dirty and old 3. Very bad smell in the appartment 4. Dirty bathroom 5. Dishes dirty and oily - had to clean it ourselves 7. Soap for washing only for 1 night (our stay was for 3 nights) 8. Sofa very dirty - we couldn’t sit on it without towels 9. Air condition very old noisy and not efficient. Needs replacement. 10. Ants everywhere 11. Room is promoted as place with sea view. Sea view is limited and only if you are standing close to the edge of the veranda. 12. Pillows dirty and smelly. In general very disappointed with our stay. Definitely not value for money.

The apartment was clean, the mattress and the sofa are comfortable, good location.

It is unacceptable in August in Cyprus with 40 degrees the airconditions not to work properly. The 2 airconditions were working but with no satisfactory performance. We tried to see if the filters were clean and of course no maintenance was done. When we opened the aircondition in the bedroom we noticed that a sphinx nest was inside and of course we didn't use it. We inform the owner and he told us that the next day will send a technician who never came. We called him again to let us know when the technicial will come and he didn't answer the phone. Especially this year the maintenance of the airconditions should be a priority for all owners. Another note is that the last day the water supply was interrupted and it was not able to take a shower and to use the toilet.
