This is our third time staying here and had another great visit!

The house was perfect for my daughter and me and our partners. Each bedroom was large and had its own bathroom and being in separate floors afforded ample privacy. The kitchen was roomy and well appointed, although we didn’t cook much. It was close to the river, which made for active foot traffic, but it died down after dusk.

House was very clean when we arrived. Able to walk to river, Old Mill District and Safeway. The use of bikes is also a nice bonus. Would not hesitate to stay at this house again.

Great property. The home was well provisioned and very clean. An outdoor shower would be a nice addition for post river fun. I look forward to returning.

The location is convenient to restaurants and activities. Great walking path very close along the river! Enjoyed the layout of the house with the spacious great room upstairs. We were there in winter and think that summer would be amazing in this location.

Great location in a quiet neighborhood overseeing the river and yet walkable to downtown and restaurants nearby. House is very well kept with clean, adequate supplies. Host is responsive and provides useful information around the house. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to return in the future.

This house was great! It was super cozy and close enough to walk/bike along the river and to restaurants and shops. We had a lovely time during our stay!

We really enjoyed being able to walk to the river and bike paths. We saw a concert and was able to walk to the theater which was easy. Having the garage space to store our E bikes was really nice because they were secure.

Great property near the river. Loved having the bikes to ride along the river and over to the Old Mill district. My family had a fun vacation and would definitely want to stay here again!

We rented this place for a weekend. Had tickets to a show at the amphitheater and it was just a short walk there. All the furniture is very comfortable and two en-suite bathrooms are very convenient. Would definitely stay here again!

The house has everything you need and the location is second to none! If you like to be close to the river for water sports, close to shopping, close to restaurants, close to breweries… than this is the spot. We have stayed here before and most definitely will be back.

Property on the Deschutes river is fabulous and clean. Great location for hiking, biking and water activities. Was perfect for two couples. Jennifer with easy to deal with and was able to meet our needs. Would love to stay at this house again.

This is an excellent location (near Deschutes River, Downtown & Old Mill District). Very clean home with plenty of space and amenities. Very nice with a lot of natural light. Great kitchen/family room area with a deck (views). Large 2-car garage. We had a great stay and I highly recommend this home!

Property right on the Deschutes river, with beautiful views and of surrounding buttes. Was perfect for four friends staying together. Clean and well furnished. Highly recommend!

Second year we rented and River West is definitely becoming a yearly family trip. Our kids can’t say enough about how much they love the location and us adults can’t complain either! House has everything you’d need, and Jennifer is a great host.

This place was very well equipped and located Stepps away from the river and short walks away from the old mill district and downtown. The place was very clean and the manager was Very professional and responsive.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The house was very clean and was very comfortable. All the rooms including the bathrooms and closets were very spacious. The deck has a nice view of the river as well.

Had all the amenities we needed for cooking. Location is great especially for walking. Would stay here again.

This is a wonderful property. Nice big living space and kitchen to cook in, hang out, watch the river flow by. The bedrooms were comfortable with spacious en suite bathrooms. We walked all over the neighborhood and downtown. We will definitely rent this house again.

We had a wonderful time staying at this house in Bend. It is steps away from the river and an easy location to walk/bike to many places nearby. Would happily stay here again. Excellent communication with the owners, as well.

Very easy, seamless!

We loved everything about the house, it was clean and felt very comfortable for 3 friends to spend multiple days. The neighborhood is quiet, walkable, and felt safe. It was great to be able to walk to the amphitheater and not deal with trying to park or get a Lyft. Jennifer is a great communicator and very responsive. We just got home today and can't wait to go back!

Wonderful experience and the owner Jennifer was terrific to work with and responded to our questions and concerns immediately. The property is a large hint with an incredible balcony facing out to the river. It was shade from the sun in the afternoon and large enough for the 4 of us to enjoy time out there together. The home was generally very well stocked with everything we needed. 4 adults stayed there for 2 weeks so we had to ask Jennifer for more supplies which she promptly got for us. One thing for renters to note is the second bedroom is downstairs and there are 2 small flights of stairs to walk up to get to the main floor and kitchen. The one complaint we have is that the dryer is old and while it works for light clothes it struggles to dry towels and heavier clothes. Probably should be replaced by end of year, But not a real problem if you stay only one week. We completely recommend this house if you visit Bend as it is right near best part of river and walking distance to downtown and Old Mill district

This was our second stay at River West and it did not dissapoint! We arrived during a Pacific NW heatwave (108 F! 106 F!) and were so pleased with the wonderful AC - what a lifesaver. And the convenience of easy access to the river for tubing to beat the heat was a huge plus. The house is so well stocked and comfortable; we had everything we needed. We'll be back again!

The location couldn’t be any closer to being in the middle of everything a family would want to do—from floating on the lake, bike riding and walking to dining—no need to drive anywhere! The house is cozy and well supplied…host was very responsive and accommodating. We will be coming back!

This home was everything we'd hope for. GREAT location, and the balcony was amazing for mornings of sipping coffee and enjoying the sunshine!

Fantastic home and location for a family getaway in Bend. Close to everything and the part by the standing wave. We'll be booking again when we travel back to Bend.
