The apartment was spacious, very well equipped and close to several supermarkets, bars, restaurants and bus and trams stops.

We couldn't have asked for any more.

The appartment is great and I recommend it to all, especially to families wih kids. It is really quiet, spacy, no stairs, perfectly clean, super easy going and quickly responding owner (we arranged everything via chat). The appartment is close to everything by walk. In the area, there are two supermarkets and a pharmacy. For us it was ideal place and starting point to explore Wurzburg. Just take in mind that the view from the windows is to the backyard with a one small appartment house and few garages, still we have did not notice any noice or traffic at all.

I like the design of the place and the dining area of the kitchen is a cosy gathering place with friends.

Only one bathroom. Making it a bit of a challenge for 5 adults. This is the only limitation.

Freddy is super nice and good communication. He is even willing to offer free cancel due to the coronavirus if we change our traveling plan. The property is big and very comfortable. There is enough space for group of 5~6. The furniture is very good and there is everything you need when you stay in an apartment. The apartment is on the first floor which is good to senior.

It was a lovely apartment. Spacious, clean and well stocked with necessities. Freddy was very responsive to our needs. A couple of hiccups that we encountered were fixed by him immediately. He was easy to communicate with. I will not hesitate to stay here again and will recommend this listening to my friends Thank you, Freddy

If I were to pick something that I wanted to improve, it would be to have an A/C in the apartment. The weather was mostly pleasant, with no need for A/C, but on one hotter day we really wished we had an air conditioning available, as it was hot inside even when the temperature outside dropped to a nice cool one. The apartment is on the ground floor,so it didn't feel safe to sleep with the widows opened. It is a minor detail though
