Die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig. Die Betten sind sehr komfortabel. Schönes Badezimmer. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet mit Wasserkocher, Kaffeemaschine, Microwelle etc. UND es hat eine schöne Dachterrasse.

Im Winter etwas kühl. Badboden etwas zu kalt.

Die Raumaufteilung ist gelungen! Schöner Blick vom Küchenfenster. Für einige Tage ist die Küchenausstattung in Ordnung, es ist eine Doppelherdplatte vorhanden sowie eine Mikrowelle und ein getrennter Minibackofen. Endlich mal genug Gläser! Geschmackvolle Einrichtung. Sehr gutes Beleuchtungskonzept. Im Eingangsbereich standen Wasser, Bier und Wein zum Selbstkostenpreis zur Verfügung. Für das Bad gab es ein Heizöfchen, was bei den niedrigen Temperaturen gut war. Alle Geräte, Heizungen, Wasserversorgungen haben auf Anhieb funktioniert. Die Lage ist super, man kommt zu Fuss sowohl überall in die Bergstadt als auch in die Inselstadt. Es gab ca. 8 Minuten entfernt sogar kostenfreie Parkplätze an der Regnitz.

Ein Zweitschlüssel wäre praktisch gewesen, damit man auch getrennte Wege gehen könnte. Nachts wurden Flur und Haustür abgeschlossen, was im Brandfall eventuell zu Panik geführt hätte, falls man ohne Schlüssel losgestürmt wäre. Im Kühlschrank fehlte eine Glaszwischenplatte - bei wenig Vorrat aber kein Problem. Vorschlag: Gästemappe mit wichtigsten Infos (Heizöfchen war im Kleiderschrank "versteckt", ebenso Bügeleisen; für den Herdplatten wäre eine kleine Bedienungsanleitung gut (Wir haben zu Hause noch Drehknöpfe :)). Ein zweites Geschirrtrockenhandtuch und ein Topfkratzer wäre eine sehr gute Extra-Ausrüstung, ebenso vielleicht etwa größere Tassen, d.h. Haferl für Tee/Kaffee. Das wären aber nur schöne Zugaben gewesen, keine wirklichen Kritikpunkte.

Superb location in an old building with an interesting history. It's extremely central. The apartment was nice and clean, and everything worked as expected. Overall we were pleased with our stay here.

The bedroom section in this apartment/studio is quite small, in a way that we could not have our two suitcases open on the floor and still walk around the bed. So we had to put clothes etc. in the closet (which is fine, but still a little annoying). The apartment is situated on the ground floor, with a narrow street just outside the window - it's not a much used street, but enough that you for the most part want to keep the curtains shut and sleep with the windows closed (we did sleep very well though).

This room was perfect for our 3 night stay. there location is great and the room was comfortable and had everything we needed. You can tell the hosts take a lot of pride in running the place.

Exceptional apartments: - great location - you need 5-15 minutes walking to get main sightseeing in the city. 10 minutes walking to big grocery. 20 minutes walking to train station. <5 minutes to good bars. - fully equipped kitchen, bathrooms, toilets, bedrooms. - very good noise isolation. - warm (we were in December). - very cosy.

you might face lack of wifi at the 3rd floor. Let your children be there ;)

The location and the way the flat was fitted out was excellent. Comfortable beds and nice furniture.

The only disappointing things were that you could only use one appliance in the kitchen at a time as only one adapter. Also as the weather was very cold during our stay we found that the bedrooms and kitchen got warm we could not get the ground floor lounge to a comfortable temperature.
