ease of access relevant to the cityscape. reasonably good facilities inside the rooms

The door locks are a bit of a pain, obviously someone sold them a system but it means you end up carrying a tag and a piece of metal around with you and the locks dont work at all if you have allowed even a slight bounce as you slide the door closed, so you could leave thinking you locked the door but actually you did not.

Reception gentleman, ddnt smile at all , ddnt feel like he was happy we stayed at Randolph, Fridge froze all food and vegetables , had to bin all, as ruined , went to office to tell him he said sorry 😑 people staying in units change stuff , really ? No offer to reimburse. Not at all sympathetic when I asked for a late check out off 12 o'clock, as I had had surgery the day before and couldn't attend a hospital check up untill 2pm that day , He said no as cleaners are finished at 12, not correct on the 3 days I was there and observed ? so latest could be 11am , place was not even quarter occupied ?. Good location lovely room

Facilities to wash and dry clothes, very roomy, great cost for what you recieve. Has been kept updated. Everything well thought out for short or long term staying from baggage areas to location and comfortable outside deck. Exceeded my expectations have been before and will always go back

Not their fault but had no water on last night felt sorry for the poor cleaners having to go and clean the toilets as we could not flush them when we left

Excellent motel, spacious, clean, very comfortable, good parking, great location.
