La atención del anfitrión es fantástica, siempre pendiente de nuestro viaje y nuestra llegada. Nos recibió personalmente en los apartamentos con mucha ayuda para ubicarnos y poder visitar Venecia Los apartamentos super cómodos, llenos de detalles que te invitan a regresar.

The facilities were confortable, ideal for a large family like ours, host very helpful provided us with indications on how to get to Venice by public transportation so we left the car in the place. Despite being close to a transit street, the rooms are quite isolated so you get to rest without extra noises.

We visited by car and it was easy to locate the apartment just off a larger street and park in the enclosed courtyard, providing good base for exploring Venice and the area. The apartment itself was spacious, well equipped and tastefully decorated, warm and cozy. Easy check-in/check-out, the hostess Isabella was very welcoming and provided a lot of practical information. A couple of nice restaurants within few minutes walk of the apartment. For the breakfast there are some snacks, bread and fresh eggs/juice/milk in the fridge, coffee/tea.

Nothing to complain about. Just a warning for those arriving by car that the turn into the courtyard is short, narrow and rather sudden off the busy street, so when arriving first time watch the navigation carefully and slow down a few meters before the destination to avoid slamming the breaks or missing the turn.

Comfortable apartment incl.free parking on the courtyard with a fence and automatic door. Near the streat but with a good soundproof. Very friendly staff. Nice Valentina welcomes you and provides all Info and immediate assistance 24/7. The owner of the property printed special leaflets about all public transport and all possible routs between Mestre and Venice, tickets offices and timetable. There is a lot of meal for your breakfast at the kitchen. Real interior and pictures are the same. The building is rather old, but spacious. All houseware and furniture are modern, neat and clean. Small supermarket, cafe and amazing bistrot are available within 150- 200 m. Bus stop - within 50 m. We are satisfied and grateful to the host.
