The extra bedroom - I booked a 2 bedroomed apartment and got a three bedroom.

There was no water during load shedding which we were not warned about. The WiFi did not work either.

Location of the resort.
After a long trip we arrived at the property and had water issues. Running hot water was almost non existent and apparently that had something to do with the pump system which also gets impacted when there is loadshedding as during loadshedding we had no water. As a suggestion part of the guest checkin process should be giving guests the heads up on such issues as late arrivals we knew no better with no support due to the time of night. We were already tired due to the travel time and not being able to shower just didn't work for us as a good start.

We booked for four adults. Two rooms had ensuite bathrooms. The third room had no bathroom and the guests in the third room had to use the ensuite bathrooms of the other guests.

It is clean, and conveniently located
There’s no generator and we had load shedding for 4h30. One candle is not enough. It was terrible not to have electricity.

The lady in the reception had very bad manners. She first told us we were booked at unit 1 and later told me via a whatsapp message that she'd changed me to unit 6 without telling me the reason. Upon arrival I assumed she moved me to that unit to accommodate a particular race and placed me in a unit that was closer to other guests of my race

We could walk to Restaurants and shops. Grounds kept clean. Braai area cleaned daily.
